As a Senior Solutions Engineer (Channel), you will expand SentinelOne’s technical sales presence across ASEAN, Hong Kong, and Taiwan by leading technical enablement, knowledge transfer, and evangelism within the partner community. You will support the full partner sales cycle—including demos, PoCs, and competitive intelligence—while training partners to effectively sell and launch SentinelOne-based solutions. By collaborating with partners, field sales, and internal SE teams, you will align with partner business models to identify and capture high-value opportunities through our cybersecurity platform.
What will you do?
- Primary responsibilities can be broken into three main facets within the partner community.

- Deliver roadmap and product updates
- Train for demos and proof-of-concepts (POC)
- Provide regular market updates including competitive intelligence
- Set up regular best practices and how to sessions
- Enable partners to develop, launch and support S1 based Solutions
What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?
- Minimum 4 years pre-sales working expertise on one of the following technical topics: Cloud computing (private, public, hybrid) , Endpoint Protection / EDR, OT-IoT, Cloud SIEM solutions, Security Operations, IR, Mobile Security.
- Strong client facing skills (incl. C-level) and a successful track record of engagement management
- Having excellent technical Presentation Skills
- Fluency in English is a requirement for this role and a Second language in Thai, Chinese, and/or Bahasa is an advantage.

- Plan and facilitate success sessions and QBRs; review business outcomes and align them to product adoption; highlight ROI achieved and potential gains with additional modules or seats.
- Manage churn risk by building proactive protection plans; advocate for customers; recommend alternative products or configurations for at-risk accounts; launch CSAT surveys; coordinate customer case studies.
- Identify and articulate expansion opportunities; review consumption trends; schedule expansion checkpoints with or without Account Executive (AE) coordination; convert signals into qualified opportunities.
- Connect adoption recommendations across VDC and adjacent offerings (Veeam Backup & Replication, Veeam ONE, Veeam Recovery Orchestrator, Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365, Kasten by Veeam) to maximize resilience, visibility, and orchestrated recovery outcomes.
- Capture feedback from exit interviews for churned customers (cloud reliability, latency, user experience); synthesize learnings to improve scaled journeys and program playbooks.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and CSEs to execute scaled campaigns and journeys that increase utilization, adoption, and customer health; ensure updates are reflected in Gainsight and reporting.
- Operate within a pooled coverage model focused on Velocity and Commercial–Inside segments for customers without a Named CSE.
What You’ll Bring
- 2–5 years in Customer Success operations or Program Management, ideally within data protection or cyber-resilience solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field; MBA preferred with prior experience at a technical company.
- Proficiency with digital CS platforms (e.g., Gainsight), marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo), and scaled journey execution; familiarity with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and BI/reporting is a plus.

About the Role
The Systems Engineer works closely with the Sales Team in breaking down technical barriers to sales.
Responsibilities include the ability to present Veeam messaging to varying numbers and levels of decision makers, including but not limited to CXO, chief architects and IT management. You will be responsible for the creation of content and delivery of demonstrations to support this Veeam messaging (in conjunction with Channel Partners). The role also may contain an important element of channel training to enable partners to be able to (independently) position and resell to their customers. The role will require strengths and a background in defining architectural strategies to guide customers toward the adoption of Veeam technologies.
The Systems Engineer is a primarily customer focused technical role that is responsible for working closely with the field sales and channel department to help inform, enthuse and apprise partners, resellers and end users of our product offerings. This field-based role is as much about being evangelical for Veeam as being a great technical resource.
The Systems Engineer acts in a consultative fashion and should be looked to as the expert in all of the products by sales, channel and other systems engineers. An influencer at all levels internally and externally with a highly autonomous approach and self-driven attitude.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science

- 3+ years of experience with big data processing frameworks
- Experience with agile methodologies is highly desirable

About the position:
The Netskope Senior Solutions Engineer will come on board with the full support of the executive team. This is an amazing opportunity for the sales professional who has a history of completely dominating their territory and who wants to make an impact on building the next iconic cloud security company.
You will work closely with customers and partners as your primary point of contact for feedback and resolution of issues and will be the customers’ advocate for issues that require assistance from the HQ Support team. You will provide feedback to the Product Management team on new feature requests and product enhancements from your customer base. Heavy travel within the territory is required and as necessary to support other company-based engagements across the region.

Responsibilities include:
- Objective #1 is to exceed our sales targets.
- Articulate the high-level benefits of Netskope's architecture to our target audiences (typically senior security management up to CISO and CIO).
- Construct best practices for presentations, demos, and Proof of Concept/Value exercises as well as overall win strategy.
- Take an active role in your regions customer success and help resolve any customer satisfaction issues, escalating cross functionally when needed.
- Understand the customer need and establish company's product as the best solution that addresses that customer requirement and provides business value
- Present the Netskope cloud security solution to prospective customers
- Create and deliver demonstrations of the products
- Gather customer technical requirements
- Work trade shows as necessary
- Provide insight on competitive solutions and differentiate between them
- Create evaluation test plans with customers and partners and managing the evaluation process to a successful conclusion
- Lead Proof-of-Concepts (POCs)
- Present at Conferences and Seminars
- Respond effectively to RFIs/RFPs
Job Requirements:
- 7+ years of relevant experience as a Solutions/System Engineer with a proven track record and demonstrable skills at presenting technical information at the business executive level or at the architect level
- Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills ranging from tech level up to senior executives. Comfortable in public speaking and presenting to both internal and external executive audiences.
- Ability to scale from the whiteboard to working with security architects to influencing CISOs.
- Love and passion for helping customers and delivering satisfaction even when faced with difficult customers.
- Demonstrable experience with systems installation, configuration and administration Linux, MacOS and Windows-based systems
- Proficient in mobile device technologies (MDM/MAM) and OS such as Android and iOS
- Knowledge of certificates, key management systems, HSM and related protocols
- Proven hands-on experience with information security solutions such as Web Proxy, NGFW, Security Gateways, working with remote access and site to site VPN technologies, SAML/SSO, DLP, Data security and understand but also write regex expressions
- Experience working with Cloud Identity Providers, SCIM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR and SD-WAN Deployments and Integrations
- Experience working with Active Directory Services including ADFS, working knowledge of Azure AD is desired
- Experience working with Public cloud environments (AWS, Azure and GCP)
- Working knowledge of the broader threat landscape and the ability to distill technology trends, and explain complex behaviors in simple terms
- Travel - within region. Experience working in and selling cloud-based technologies (SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS).
Desire:
- Demonstrable experience with scripting languages such as Python, and REST API framework.
- Prior experience with other vendor Cloud Security solutions is advantageous.
- Strong security skills that would include hands-on experience with Bluecoat, Symantec, McAfee, Checkpoint, Cisco, Juniper along with other appropriate certifications (e.g. CISSP, CCSK, CCSP, CCSE, GCFW, PCNSE, JNCIS-SEC/JNCIP-ENT, GCIH, etc).
- Agile Scrum Certification: CSPO, CSM, or CSP | Project Management Certification: PMP
- Advanced level network technology certifications (e.g. CCNP, CCIE, CCSP, JNCIE, etc).

- Relevant Bachelor’s degree; preference for computer science or related degrees
