As our B2B division continues to expand, we are looking for an SMB Account Manager to join us and focus on Wolt Benefits - a fast-growing solution operating alongside our existing Wolt for Work service.

Wolt Benefits is currently in a strong growth phase and gaining significant traction in the market. It enables companies to provide structured and flexible meal budgets for their employees, allowing teams to order on Wolt while giving employers full control over budgets, policies, and reporting. The solution is designed to modernize employee meal programs, simplify administration, and enhance the overall employee experience.

What you’ll be doing

As an SMB Account Manager, you’ll be joining the growing Wolt Benefits team. As part of this team, you’ll play a crucial role in scaling a solution that is redefining how we serve our SMB & corporate partners.

This role focuses on managing a portfolio of SMB clients, from onboarding to long-term support, while driving excellent service and business growth.

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

• Manage a portfolio of SMB clients - building strong relationships at senior levels and ensuring mutual success.
• Lead and manage company launches end-to-end – including planning and executing launch events, delivering employee and manager training sessions, and providing close guidance throughout the implementation process.
• Own the full client lifecycle - from identifying opportunities and pitching solutions, to providing long-term strategic support.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Support, and Operations to tailor solutions to client needs and ensure delivery excellence.
• Analyze account performance and market trends to identify areas for optimization and growth.
• Represent Wolt at industry events and client meetings, positioning us as a partner of choice in the B2B space.
• Drive initiatives to improve client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth – working closely with our internal Support and Operations teams to ensure a smooth, high-quality client experience at every touchpoint.

What You’ll Do

Alert Triage & Monitoring 

• Monitor and triage security alerts across SIEM, EDR, and CSPM platforms covering both corporate and product environments.
• Investigate alerts to determine scope, severity, and whether escalation is warranted.
• Leverage AI-assisted triage and enrichment tools to accelerate analysis and reduce mean time to detect.
• Classify, document, and track alerts through the full lifecycle using ticketing and case management systems.

Incident Response & Investigation 

• Participate in or lead incident response engagements from detection through remediation, including evidence collection, forensic analysis, root cause determination, and stakeholder communication.
• Conduct investigations across SIEM, EDR, CSPM, and cloud-native log sources including identity provider logs, cloud audit trails, and network flow data—spanning both corporate and product infrastructure.
• Execute established IR runbooks across identity, endpoint, cloud, and email investigation workflows.
• Manage or assist with evidence handling, forensic artifact collection, and chain-of-custody procedures.
• Produce clear, decision-ready incident summaries and post-incident reports for both technical and leadership audiences.

Detection Engineering & Threat Intelligence 

• Contribute to the design, implementation, and tuning of detection rules across SIEM and EDR platforms, with a focus on reducing false positives and closing coverage gaps.
• Translate threat intelligence (CVE advisories, CISA alerts, vendor bulletins, open-source feeds) into actionable detection content, with particular attention to threats targeting privileged access tooling and supply chain attack vectors.
• Help maintain and evolve detection coverage mapped to MITRE ATT&CK.
• Partner with threat hunting peers to validate detection logic through hypothesis-driven hunts.

AI Integration & Automation 

• Use AI-driven tools for alert triage, enrichment, and investigation as a standard part of daily operations.
• Contribute to the evaluation, integration, and optimization of AI and automation capabilities across the team’s workflows.
• Assist in designing prompts, agent workflows, or LLM-based pipelines that augment analyst capabilities and reduce manual effort.
• Partner with engineering teams to improve log ingestion, data quality, and tool integrations.

Operational Excellence 

• Maintain daily operational notes and shift handoff documentation.
• Contribute to and refine IR runbooks, playbooks, and standard operating procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours incident escalation.
• Track and report on operational metrics (MTTD, MTTR, MTTC, false positive rate) and identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in tabletop exercises, purple team activities, and post-incident reviews. 

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in a SOC, security operations, or incident response role.
• Understanding of common attack frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK), network protocols, and endpoint behavior.
• Experience with at least one SIEM platform and familiarity with writing search or detection queries.
• Familiarity with EDR platforms and cloud environments (IaaS preferred).
• Comfort using AI systems (e.g., LLM-based assistants, copilots, or AI-driven analysis tools) as part of security workflows.
• Strong written communication skills; able to document findings clearly and concisely for both technical and non-technical audiences.

The role

We’re looking for a Software Engineer with strong C++ expertise to join the team building and operating Nebius Data Platform — a distributed storage and a processing platform that acts as the company’s “source of truth” and the backbone of many internal (and some external) products.

Nebius Data Platform is a single multi-tenant ecosystem based on YTsaurus — instead of running separate HDFS/Kafka/HBase-style systems, we provide storage, compute, and analytics capabilities inside one platform.

Built on top of the open-source YTsaurus ecosystem, we run and extend our own Nebius distribution and develop significant in-house functionality (core and platform-level). We can design, implement, and roll out features end-to-end on our clusters without waiting for upstream approvals and contribute upstream when it makes sense.

The Secrets Management team sits within the Pipeline Security group in GitLab's Software Supply Chain Security stage. We own GitLab Secrets Manager, an OpenBao-powered capability that helps teams securely store, distribute, and manage the lifecycle of secrets used across continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. The team works closely with Authentication, Authorization, Compliance, and Platform counterparts to deliver secure defaults, reliable operations for GitLab.com, and product-grade integration between GitLab and OpenBao (including namespaces, authentication, and policy management). An overview of this role

As a Senior Backend Engineer on the Pipeline Security team, you'll take technical ownership of GitLab's native Secrets Manager, a production system built on OpenBao that helps secure sensitive credentials across GitLab CI/CD pipelines. You'll work at the intersection of backend engineering and infrastructure, shaping architecture in Ruby on Rails and Go, guiding decisions around role-based access control (RBAC), GraphQL APIs, and Kubernetes deployment configuration. Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Incident Response leader to own and lead the company’s response to large-scale, high-impact cyber incidents. This role is responsible not only for technical response, but for cross-company crisis coordination, executive decision support, and ensuring fast, controlled mitigation across engineering, product, legal, communications, and leadership teams.

This is a leadership role for someone who has personally led complex incidents under pressure — including situations involving material business risk, customer impact, regulatory exposure, and executive visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Incident Leadership & Crisis Management

• Serve as the Incident Commander for high-severity cyber incidents, including breaches, supply-chain attacks, insider threats, and platform-wide security events.
• Lead company-wide incident response efforts, coordinating technical, operational, legal, communications, and executive stakeholders.
• Stand up and orchestrate crisis management teams during major incidents, ensuring clear ownership, decision-making, and execution under pressure.
• Drive rapid containment, eradication, and recovery while balancing business continuity, customer impact, and regulatory obligations.
• Act as the primary point of contact to executive leadership during incidents, providing clear, concise, timely, and actionable updates.

Cross-Department Coordination

• Orchestrate response activities across Security, Infrastructure / Cloud Operations, Product & Application Security

Preparedness & Operational Excellence

• Own and continuously improve the incident response framework, including severity definitions, escalation paths, and decision authority.
• Design and run executive-level incident simulations and tabletop exercises, including cross-functional and leadership participation.
• Ensure high-quality post-incident reviews that result in measurable improvements to controls, detection, and response readiness.
• Define and track incident response metrics (MTTD, MTTR, blast radius, decision latency).
• Track and follow-up on lessons learned and enhancements to ensure implementation and continuous improvement.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity, with significant incident response management experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-company cyber incidents, including incidents involving:
• Multiple engineering and operational teams
• Executive leadership and board-level visibility
• Demonstrated experience acting as Incident Commander or equivalent role during major security events for at least 15 incidents in the past 5 years.
• Strong understanding of:
• Cloud and SaaS architectures
• Identity, access control, and infrastructure security
