As our B2B division continues to expand, we are looking for an SMB Account Manager to join us and focus on Wolt Benefits - a fast-growing solution operating alongside our existing Wolt for Work service.
Wolt Benefits is currently in a strong growth phase and gaining significant traction in the market. It enables companies to provide structured and flexible meal budgets for their employees, allowing teams to order on Wolt while giving employers full control over budgets, policies, and reporting. The solution is designed to modernize employee meal programs, simplify administration, and enhance the overall employee experience.

We are looking for an exceptional Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will own a portfolio of assigned accounts that may vary in market size, industry, and complexity, with a focus on ensuring value realization through the use of the Workato platform, increasing adoption across a variety of business and functional units, ensuring retention, supporting growth, and overall customer satisfaction.

BS or equivalent technical education. MBA a plus
5 + years of professional experience in consulting, customer success, client relationship or technical account management roles with a demonstrated track record of increasing adoption, revenue retention and driving NRR Growth.
Prior experience as a Sr CSM, Account Manager or Sales Executive in a large PaaS preferred.
Experience managing a portfolio of accounts, with account ARR ranging from ~$100k to multi-million dollar ARR across the Forbes Global 2000 companies.
Track record of successfully navigating ambiguity, building consensus, fostering accountability, and working with urgency to deliver customer outcomes.
Strong written and oral presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage both business and technical stakeholders (from Developer to C-level).
Confidence in serving multiple customer stakeholders and working to build communities of champions/advocates across large organizations.
Experience in Integration and/or business automation. Awareness of processes and roles in these domains would be a plus; People (HR), Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Post Sales Customer Organizations
Prior Experience in Digital Transformation and/or consulting firms preferred.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain systems that can process complex requests within a few milliseconds
- Tackle advanced engineering challenges in multiple languages and environments
- Own every product that the team manages, from ideation and planning all the way to production and monitoring
- Teach and learn — we love to inspire and be inspired, and make sure that each team member has their place to grow and excel
- Work both autonomously and collaboratively with the team and other Optimove teams
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in backend development
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following programming languages: NodeJS / Python
- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with cloud development, microservices, and serverless architecture
- Working with high scale using Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with AI-powered development tools such as Claude / Cursor
Advantages

We have witnessed a high level of growth in the Israeli market since we put a team on the ground in November 2021. For this reason, we are looking to add a Sales representative in the territory. This Sales representative will work under the direction of our Country Manager in Israel and be part of a team on the ground in Tel Aviv.
About the Role
As an Account Executive II, you'll help our future customers understand the power of Mixpanel as the best-in-class digital analytics solution in targeted markets: Greece, Cyprus, Gibraltar, and Malta. Collaboration is critical, from building solid relationships with prospects and key stakeholders to working with internal cross-functional partners like Solutions Engineering to win together as one team. You'll leverage your prospecting skills selling SaaS to tech companies alongside solid knowledge of Mixpanel's product and ecosystem to close new business, powering the next generation of innovative companies in these fast-growing European markets.
