About the Role

As AI Platform Architect, you own the application layer. You design and build new intelligence products, evolve existing dashboards, and work with the AI coding pipeline — writing the specs, reviewing the plans, and guiding the implementation. You are the “human senior engineer” in a team where your main coding collaborator is Claude.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize backend components for high-performance and scalable solutions.
Implement and maintain RESTful APIs, gRPC services, and backend tasks, including database management.

We’re building a small remote IT Operations team in Vietnam to provide helpdesk and operational coverage during weekends and off-peak hours for a globally distributed company. We’re hiring three positions covering:

The Role: The Backend Engineer is a developer whose primary role will be to build and develop components for the Alpha testing and production framework. The Role: Research is at the core of WorldQuant. Through rigorous exploration and unconstrained thinking about how to apply data to the financial markets, our researchers are in constant search of new alphas. WorldQuant is seeking an exceptional individual to join the firm as a Quantitative Research Intern. The person must have a good understanding of the investment research process to create computer-based models that seek to predict movements of global financial markets. This position is responsible for assisting with daily research and analysis tasks – which includes scripting for monitoring and alpha signal analysis. Candidates need not have prior knowledge of financial markets, but must have a strong interest in learning about stock markets and other capital markets. The Role: We're seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join the team. We are forming an elite initial team of Navy Seal AI Engineers to spearhead the integration of cutting-edge artificial intelligence into our Banking solutions. This pioneering role demands exceptional technical skills coupled with the unwavering mental and physical fortitude of a Navy Seal.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions for real-world banking challenges
● Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs) like LaMDA, Jurassic-1 Jumbo, and emerging technologies like LangChain and HuggingFace transformers;
● Effectively utilize various LLM platforms like HuggingFace, ollama to tailor AI solutions to specific mission needs;
● Collaborate with other members and customers to understand operational requirements and translate them into actionable AI applications;
● Troubleshoot and maintain deployed AI systems (LLMOps, MLOps, etc), ensuring optimal performance in austere environments;
● Document and share knowledge effectively to train future AI engineers within the team;
● Maintain the highest level of physical fitness and mental preparedness to seamlessly integrate with the SEAL team during operations.

● Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++;
● In-depth understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning architectures;
● Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP);
● Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure;

The Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer will work with the team to develop, maintain, and execute automated tests primarily using Cypress.io.
The QA Engineer will serve as a critical member of the quality assurance team, and will be responsible for upholding test code quality standards through code review and coaching. This role will also develop tooling and lay technical foundations to enrich our QA capabilities, while participating in agile ceremonies with their assigned development teams and manually testing new features as they become code complete.
Full-time position located in Vietnam governed by Vietnam labour regulations, with the Persefoni entity being established in Vietnam.
