The Position 

We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Automation QA Engineer to join our OESIS Framework team. This role focuses on ensuring the quality, reliability, and integration of our OESIS across diverse environments through an automation-first and AI-driven testing approach. 

You will design intelligent test systems, validate OESIS behavior at system and integration levels, and leverage AI/ML techniques to enhance test effectiveness and efficiency. 

What you will be doing: 

Automation & OESIS Quality Engineering 

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks for OESIS validation (preferably using Robot Framework and Python). 

• Drive an automation-first testing strategy for OESIS components and integrations. 

• Ensure high test coverage across:

OESIS & Integration Testing 

• Validate OESIS functionality across different operating systems, environments, and third-party integrations. 

• Perform API testing (RESTful services) using tools like Postman or custom scripts. 

• Ensure OESIS reliability, backward compatibility, and ease of integration for customers. 

CI Integration & Continuous Testing 

• Integrate automated tests into CI pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions). 

• Support continuous testing practices to ensure fast and reliable feedback cycles. 

Quality & Continuous Improvement 

• Investigate and reproduce customer-reported OESIS issues. 

• Continuously improve automation frameworks, test coverage, and QA processes. 

• Promote a quality-first mindset within the team. 

What We Need From You 

• Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer (2 years minimum). 

• Strong experience building or maintaining automation frameworks (Robot Framework preferred, or similar tools) (2 years minimum). 

• Solid programming skills in Python (or Java/Groovy) (2 years minimum). 

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (functional, regression, exploratory). 

• Hands-on experience with API testing. 

• Experience with CI pipelines and version control (Git) (1 years minimum).. 

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Good English communication skills is a plus.

About the Role

The CTO Intelligence Hub is OPSWAT’s internal data platform; a fleet of 20+ containerised applications running on AWS EC2 that deliver AI adoption analytics, financial intelligence, customer health scoring, sales leaderboards, and content generation to OPSWAT leadership and 590+ engineers worldwide. You will own the infrastructure layer that keeps this platform reliable, secure, and scalable.

This is a hands-on individual-contributor role. You will be the sole infrastructure owner on day one, working closely with the CTO and one AI Platform Architect to operationalise and evolve the system.

What You Will Own

• AWS infrastructure: EC2 instances (eu-north-1), S3 buckets, IAM roles, SSM-based remote access (no SSH), security group allowlists across 8 global offices

Overview of the role:

Microsoft and InMobi have entered into a partnership. As per this, InMobi will be an exclusive partner for Microsoft’s Advertising inventory. Microsoft Advertising empowers the largest advertisers around the world to reach their maximum potential through paid search engine marketing on the Microsoft Ads platform. InMobi will be responsible for complete management/transaction across Bing.  

We are seeking a Lead Account Manager with search advertising experience, an attention to detail, customer obsession, and a passion to learn and adapt in an evolving environment. The individual will be coordinating with a team of Account Strategists and supporting the Account Management Head to achieve customer satisfaction and revenue objectives. As an AM, you will be serving Corporate customers by applying customer obsession to what clients care about and need, and building and maintaining strong, trusted-advisor relationships with day-to-day practitioner contacts at advertiser/agency/tool provider. The AM will be responsible for managing an assigned set of clients focused on attaining revenue targets, feature adoption, and client-driven goals.

Ensure regular client engagement with the BingAds platform, and aim to reduce customer reliance on AM for routine tasks. Utilize all available readiness and insights to ensure you are a fluent advocate of the Bing story. Develop and demonstrate an intermediate level knowledge of emerging products/features. 
• Collaborative and high-performing account team:  Ensure timely and proactive customer escalations by effectively leveraging Account Executive and internal partner network to resolve day-to-day escalations & revenue blockers. Partner with the account team to submit actionable feedback on product, tool, and processes through relevant channels. Own and effectively execute the customer transition process and operational excellence in execution of change management (Book of Business update).

What is expected of you? 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing, Sales, or online media, and Service experience required in Vietnam 
• Strong knowledge of Internet advertising: CPA, CPM, CPC, search marketing, lead generation, direct response, etc. 
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving tools with a 'can-do' attitude and the ability to partner collaboratively with other functional areas within the company in support of the sales process.

About The Role (What you will get to do)

The Data Engineer will be a key member to assist in building out our web services and backend persistence layer. Successful candidates should have a minimum of three years of recent professional programming in positions requiring the skills listed below with an emphasis on data integrity and data pipelines. Our project entails implementing our pre-approved development targets and developing a robust and reusable code framework to deliver a variety of new features across our product lines according to our preferred architecture design and best practices. Our backend stack is a combination of Golang, Redis, MySQL, and Snowflake while following the Clean Architecture Design pattern. APIs are documented and managed using the Open API framework and maintained in ReadMe. Our data pipelines for data loading and machine learning pipelines are managed via Databricks while our data transformation occurs with DBT against Snowflake within AWS cloud services. All development work is managed via JIRA tracked sprints, Github Git-flow branch management, and infrastructure is managed in AWS with monitoring in Datadog.

Responsibilities (What we expect)

• Collaborate on the design of data models, technical architecture, data flows, schemas, and API contracts.
• Relay updates on existing work via Jira ticket status, push well documented pull requests for features, and collaborate through review and comments on your fellow developer pull requests.
• Building scalable and robust data flows using Databricks, DBT and Snowflake.
• Add/Update to our backend persistence model in MySQL by writing SQL based migration scripts.
• Write/Update data test using native DBT tests and frameworks like Great Expectations to ensure adequate test coverage of our code base.

Qualifications (What you bring to the role)

• At least 3+ years experience building/managing data pipelines within Databricks.
• At least 3+ years experience transforming data in Snowflake with tools like DBT.
• At least 3+ years of experience specifically building data and ML pipelines
• At least 3 years of experience writing SQL against normalized data structures.
• Proficiency with code debugging and uncovering performance issues utilizing developer tooling.
• Proficiency writing data tests.
• ExperienceProficiency in English language is highly preferred. 

How You'll Know You’re on the Right Track

• Within your first day, you should have been able to clone the repository and install the necessary tooling to build and run our projects in cloud based IDEs such as Databricks and DBT.
• Within your first week, you will be familiarizing yourself with the code base and coordinating work on development tickets as requested.
• Within your first month, you should be successfully operating within the development team, submitting PRs, providing feedback on team member PRs, and advancing your assigned projects with your contributions.
• Within your first year, you should be contributing to the data and software engineering teams to provide your personal insights as to how to improve our processes and architectures.
