As Head of Courier Supply for the South Region, you will own courier supply end-to-end in Greece. You will report into the South Head of Operations. This role combines strategy, execution, and team leadership, with a strong focus on building scalable, increasingly automated systems that move us from reactive operations to predictive, AI-driven decision-making.

What you’ll be doing

This role is about turning demand into reliable, cost-efficient delivery capacity at scale. You will own forecasting, acquisition, incentives, and real-time supply-demand balancing across multiple markets, while building systems that scale without linear headcount growth.

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

• Own courier supply KPIs across your cities, including availability, utilization, cost efficiency, and service reliability
• Lead and develop a team of ~5 people, driving performance and building a high-performing organization
• Define and execute supply strategies across different time horizons (hourly, daily, seasonal)
• Drive forecasting, incentive design, and supply planning using increasingly AI-driven tools and models
• Optimize incentive structures (who, where, when, how much) to ensure efficient growth and controlled costs
• Identify and implement scalable solutions to improve courier acquisition, retention, and engagement
• Partner with Product, Analytics, Finance, and Global Ops to improve tooling, automation, and decision-making frameworks
• Work closely with local teams and external partners (fleet partners, courier partners, authorities) to ensure strong market execution
• Detect operational anomalies early and act quickly to prevent service degradation

Our humble expectations 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
• 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or leadership roles in fast-paced environments, with 3+ years in leadership roles (owning teams, not just projects)
• Strong marketplace understanding (supply–demand mechanics) and operational rigor across multiple time horizons
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with solid financial acumen (forecasting, ROI, cost control)
• Experience leading projects and driving execution in complex, cross-functional environments
• Demonstrated ability to hire, coach, and develop high-performing teams
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Fluency in both English and Greek is a requirement
• You're able to work from our Athens office four times a week with one optional work from home day

In this senior-level capacity, you will take a lead role in the design, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of financial controls and governance policies. About the Role

LearnLux is looking for a Certified Financial Planner located in Greece to join our team on a contractor basis. Leveraging the LearnLux digital experience you will work directly with employees based in Greece to provide them with unbiased, holistic financial guidance. Your extensive financial experience and client-first approach will help employees prepare for and accomplish their personal and financial goals.This role is 100% remote within Greece and reports to our Global Director of Financial Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and engage with clients remotely over video, chat and email to give guidance on topics like budgeting, retirement readiness, equity compensation, and more
• Advise on and adapt the LearnLux methodology to financial planning topics relevant in Greece 
• Participate in regular team meetings to bring your subject matter expertise to improve the LearnLux digital experience
• Become an expert on our client’s benefit plans so you can act as an extension of their team during open enrollment
• Work with with our content team to create outlines, review lessons and approve content created for the LearnLux digital platform
• Lead engagement campaigns for our employer partners like digital webinars and occasional on-site events

You Should Have

• An active Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Advisor (CFA), or European Financial Advisor (EFA)
• Fluent English and Greek - written and spoken
• Passion for educating individuals to take control and invest in their financial future
• Have the ability to perform several tasks concurrently, to prioritize work, and to take direction from multiple team members
• Experience in multiple areas of personal Finance: Retirement, Equity Compensation, investments, budgeting, debt management, cash flow planning, digital currencies, estate planning, insurance and more

Nice to haves

• Fluent in other languages is nice to have
• Startup and/or Fintech experience 
• Experience creating presentations and presenting to large audiences
