About the role

You'll join one of several teams building the low-level systems behind CAST AI's multi-cloud automation platform. The work sits at the intersection of Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and Linux.

Depending on your strengths, you'll work in one of these areas:

• Cluster and node lifecycle - custom node bootstrapping across AWS, GCP, and Azure. Controllers and operators managing full node lifecycle. Bridging the gap between autoscaler decisions and running VMs - including working around limitations of managed Kubernetes platforms like EKS, GKE, and AKS.
• Cross-cloud provisioning - orchestrating infrastructure across regions and clouds. Workflow orchestration, provisioning integrations, networking and identity across cloud boundaries.
• Live container migration - zero-downtime relocation of running containers using CRIU checkpoint/restore, custom CRI-O and runc forks, and forked cloud CNI plugins. Memory page transfer, TCP session migration, process-level checkpoint/restore. Kernel-level Linux engineering applied to Kubernetes.
• Storage optimization - dynamic volume rightsizing, BtrFS compression, custom CSI drivers. Full storage stack from cloud disk APIs through filesystem internals to Kubernetes PV/PVC lifecycle.

Common across all teams: Go, deep Kubernetes, multi-cloud, building beyond what the ecosystem offers.

How we build

We invest heavily in agentic development and AI-powered tooling. Engineers work with code agents and automated workflows daily. We expect you to shape how these tools evolve.

Requirements:

• Strong backend fundamentals and production-grade coding, preferably Go.
• Hands-on Kubernetes internals, cloud infrastructure, or large-scale distributed systems experience.
• Clear English communication, collaborative and self-directed.

• Deep knowledge of EKS, GKE, or AKS internals.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Architect, improve, and scale Cloudbeds' cloud infrastructure on AWS, with a focus on reliability, security, and performance

We are looking for a Distributed Systems Engineer with experience in building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications. You will be responsible for building API interfaces (for customers, UI team etc). You will be responsible for building a high performance queuing/storage engine. What Is The Role:

As part of the Platform Engineering department, the Traffic team is crafting, building, and improving the multi-cloud platform at scale for Elastic Cloud Hosted and Serverless. We grow and mature our distributed network services and solutions for multiple cloud service provider platforms. We are built on Kubernetes, Go/Scala, and custom orchestration architectures. In your daily life with us, you will participate in coding, innovating technical designs, crafting solutions, improving resilience, and prioritizing security, bug fixes, and features. You don't need to have all of these items, but these represent the types of work you will do as a Software Engineer at Elastic.

• You have designed and built a SaaS product in a public cloud ideally built using Infrastructure-as-Code tooling such as Crossplane or Terraform

Overview

We're looking to hire for our Data side of our AI team at Speechify. This role is responsible for all aspects of data collection to support our model training operations. We are able to build high-quality datasets at petabyte-scale and low cost through a tight integration of infrastructure, engineering, and research work. What You’ll Do

• Be scrappy to find new sources of audio data and bring it into our ingestion pipeline
• Operate and extend the cloud infrastructure for our ingestion pipeline, currently running on GCP and managed with Terraform.
