About the role:

Deep Technical Investigation (Primary Focus)
Lead root cause analysis beyond L2 depth (GPU failures, firmware issues, Linux-level faults, HW/SW interactions).

We are looking for a IT Support Manager in our data center, the key person in managing IT infrastructure maintenance. - Collaboration avec les ’architectes pour appliquer les modèles cibles

- Développer des Pipelines Gitlab CI/CD

Vous êtes le bon candidat si :
- Aptitudes : Être dynamique, proactif, autonome, et ouvert d'esprit, bon communicant avec une grande curiosité scientifique
- Très bonne maîtrise de l’écosystème AWS (S3, Kinesis, DMS, Lambda…)
- Très bonne maîtrise des bases des données et des Data warehouses (Exadata, Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, etc.)
- Maitrise des langages : SQL, Python
- Maîtrise des outils de traitement et d’orchestration (Apache Airflow, dbt, Python, SQL)

The Post Booking team is a core component of TheFork's Diner eXPerience (DxP) tribe, focused on cultivating diner trust, loyalty, and re-engagement within our B2C audience.
The team’s scope covers critical areas including transactional emails, user management, user settings and preferences, booking modifications and sharing, and user reviews.
This team is responsible for enhancing the post-booking and review experiences by optimizing user flows and ensuring the technical modernization and excellence of our underlying systems.
The team is led by a trio (Engineering Manager, Product Manager, Product Designer) and includes three native application engineers (iOS and Android). You will collaborate closely with two full-stack engineers and two backend engineers. The team operates in a distributed setup across various locations (France, with contractors in Poland and Ukraine).

En tant que Chef de Projet Infrastructure, vous serez le pilier de la gestion et du déploiement des projets IT, en assurant la coordination technique et fonctionnelle des infrastructures. ✔️ Vous maîtrisez les bases de données relationnelles (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
✔️ Vous avez une expérience en modélisation de datamarts de reporting.
✔️ Vous êtes à l’aise avec les environnements cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) et les pratiques DevOps.
✔️ Vous avez des connaissances en scripting (Shell, Python).
✔️ Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’une école d’ingénieur ou équivalent et justifiez d’au moins 3 ans d’expérience en Data Engineering.
