About the team

Stripe’s Solutions Architecture team works with our largest and most complex users to understand their business and technical requirements and map those to Stripe technology. We design robust technical solutions and seamlessly embed those into our users’ financial infrastructures to help them facilitate payment transactions, manage money movements and simplify operational processes. 

What you’ll do

The Solutions Architect will build highly consultative relationships with the decision makers in the user’s organizations to provide business and technical thought leadership, and become a trusted advisor in solving complex business challenges and driving growth for our users.

• Drive thought leadership and build executive relationships with key technical stakeholders including CEO, CTO, Head of Payments, etc.
• Be a domain expert in Stripe core technology and product suites
• Work to deeply understand the user’s business objectives and co-develop a financial services roadmap and reference architecture
• Expand Stripe’s footprint within existing users to new global markets by introducing new capabilities

Who you are

Solutions Architects are experienced technologists with a strong background developing integrations, consulting with customers to understand their objectives, and leveraging technology to drive business value.

• A capable engineer, with previous background building web or mobile applications and experience of working with customers and/or partners in a customer facing solution development role
• Possess strong technical knowledge in software architecture, have breadth across technology stacks with deep hands on skills, and comfortable talking about technical concepts and explaining how they work, both from a product feature and API architecture perspective
• A great communicator, comfortable explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Interested in solving open ended business problems with a combination of technology and creative thinking.
• Experienced working in the sales lifecycle and driving outcomes in a customer-facing environment.

Minimum requirements

• Is comfortable writing code in a few of Stripe’s primary deployment languages (Ruby, Python, JavaScript, Java, etc.) and enjoys learning new languages and technologies.

The Technical Solutions Engineer (TSE) is a newly established role at the heart of this evolution. The TSE serves as the Regional Tier 2/3 technical escalation point — taking ownership of complex issues escalated from Frontline Support Specialists (FSS) and driving them to resolution. Beyond firefighting, the TSE plays a foundational role in building the operational infrastructure of our support organisation: designing playbooks, developing automation tools, and establishing the metrics that measure how effectively we serve our customers.

The Opportunity

• Own Tier 2/3 technical escalations from Frontline Support Specialists (FSS), triaging and resolving complex issues across ad serving, data pipelines, and ML infrastructure.
• Perform structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on production issues — including campaign delivery failures, budget pacing anomalies, fill rate degradation, and ROAS fluctuations — using service logs and operational metrics.
• Lead incident response for production ads service disruptions: scoping impact, coordinating with internal engineering teams (Ad Serving, Data Platform, ML), and driving toward resolution within SLA.
• Author postmortem documents and track remediation action items to prevent recurrence.
• Build and maintain diagnostic playbooks and runbooks that enable FSS to self-resolve a growing share of issues over time.
• Develop internal tooling and automation scripts for issue detection, diagnosis, and reporting.
• Define and track operational KPIs — including MTTR, escalation rate, and recurrence rate — to continuously measure and improve support efficiency.

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?

• 6+ years of professional experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or software engineering.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze large-scale datasets — able to independently write and interpret complex queries against large-scale data warehouse environments.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations and distributed systems — including REST API debugging, log analysis, and understanding how service components interact at scale.

L'équipe BCP Digital Payment recherche un·e Senior Support Engineer basé·e à Lille

Nos équipes, regroupées au sein de la BCP (Business Capability Platform), développent la colonne vertébrale nouvelle génération du commerce à Decathlon. Nous fournissons une plateforme composée de multiples briques : gestion du catalogue de produits, des prix, des scénarios de livraison des commandes, du paiement, des avis clients sur nos produits... et ces briques microservices vont être combinées pour construire toutes les expériences commerce à Decathlon: sites Web e-commerce, application mobile, site des séjours sportifs Decathlon ou des activités (randonnées organisées, coach sportif...), "seconde vie" (produits d'occasion), location etc.

Au sein de cette organisation, l'équipe Digital Payment, est en charge de proposer la meilleure expérience de paiement pour nos marchands comme pour nos clients d'un point de vue performance, stabilité, cout, profitabilité et UX. Pour cela, elle a la charge de plusieurs produits digitaux utilisés sur la majorité des expériences digitale de Decathlon et contribuant fortement au chiffre d'affaire de l'entreprise :

• OnePay : l'orchestrateur de paiement (le core), qui permet à nos marchands une standardisation et une flexibilité d'accès aux moyens de paiement (plugins) en choisissant le plus pertinent par rapport au contexte grace à un moteur d'éligibilité, au panier ou au client. Onepay propose notamment un widget de paiement directement intégrés par les différents front-office web.
• OneWallet : le portefeuille numérique, qui sauvegarde de manière sécurisée les tokens des différents moyens de paiement et permet ainsi une expérience d'achat sans couture pour nos clients.
• Payment Preview : module d’éligibilité permettant d’exposer les moyens de paiement possibles au plus tôt de l’expérience d’achat.
• Third Party Checkout : un module permettant d'utilisant les partenaires de paiement pour faciliter le checkout pour les clients guest.
• Payment Manager : une API d'orchestration du core qui permet de gérer des flows complexes de paiement composés ou de remboursement.

Les indicateurs principaux de l'équipe sont autour de la conversion à l'étape de paiement et le taux d'acceptance, c'est à dire la performance de nos partenaires.

What you’ll do

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead Doctolib’s Core Backend Foundations team (ATP) within our Platform domain. ATP builds the shared Ruby/Rails backend foundations and “paved roads” used by all product teams (framework components, reusable building blocks, upgrades/migrations, quality/reliability/security-by-default). Our mission is to make backend development safer and faster at scale for hundreds of engineers. As a Staff Engineer, you will be a key technical driver for the Healthcare Access stream. With a strong frontend expertise, you will shape the technical vision of our patient-facing products, ensure architectural excellence, and have a lasting impact on the way we build and evolve our platform at scale.

In a stream where organic search and discoverability are key growth levers, you will also be a champion of web performance and search visibility, ensuring our patient-facing surfaces excel on Core Web Vitals, SEO, and emerging Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) practices.

You will work in close partnership with Engineering Managers, Principal Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers to deliver high-impact projects that simplify and improve how patients access healthcare.

🔧 What You Will Do

Technical Leadership

• Define and drive the frontend technical strategy for the Healthcare Access stream, ensuring architectural decisions align with Doctolib's product and engineering vision
• Lead technical discoveries, architect complex systems, and build consensus on technical direction across engineering, product, and leadership teams
• Identify and introduce new frontend technologies, frameworks, and methodologies when relevant

Engineering Excellence

• Be deeply hands-on: write code, lead technical design, and solve hard engineering problems alongside your teammates
• Demonstrate deep expertise in React and the broader frontend ecosystem (TypeScript, performance optimization, accessibility, design systems...)
• Champion web performance as a first-class concern: define and track Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS), establish performance budgets, and drive continuous improvements across patient-facing surfaces
• Embrace and champion AI-augmented engineering: leverage AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code...) to boost your own productivity and help the team adopt these practices effectively
• Drive efforts to reduce technical debt, improve system reliability, and proactively mitigate risks

• Define and build cross-functional programs delivering end-to-end solutions across multiple teams

Mentor and Scale

We are looking for a Staff Mobile Engineer with strong expertise in React Native to join our Patient domain at Doctolib.

As a Mobile Staff Engineer, your mission will be to work on transforming the Doctolib mobile app into a full health companion powered by AI to help people lead healthier lives. You will play a key role in improving the quality, UX, and depth of our mobile application while contributing significantly to the technical foundations of mobile development for the team.

Working in the tech team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. We work in feature teams in an agile environment, while collaborating with product, design, and business teams.

Who you are

L'équipe BCP Digital Payment recherche un·e Senior Frontend Software Engineer basé·e à Lille

Nos équipes, regroupées au sein de la BCP (Business Capability Platform), développent la colonne vertébrale nouvelle génération du commerce à Decathlon. Nous fournissons une plateforme composée de multiples briques : gestion du catalogue de produits, des prix, des scénarios de livraison des commandes, du paiement, des avis clients sur nos produits... et ces briques microservices vont être combinées pour construire toutes les expériences commerce à Decathlon: sites Web e-commerce, application mobile, site des séjours sportifs Decathlon ou des activités (randonnées organisées, coach sportif...), "seconde vie" (produits d'occasion), location etc.

REJOINS L'ÉQUIPE DIGITAL PAYMENT

Au sein de cette organisation, l'équipe Digital Payment, est constituée de 3 produits digitaux: 

• OnePay : l'orchestrateur de paiement (le core), qui permet à nos marchands une standardisation et une flexibilité d'accès aux moyens de paiement (plugins) en choisissant le plus pertinent par rapport au contexte, au panier ou au client. Onepay propose notamment un widget de paiement directement intégrés par les différents front-office web
• OneWallet : le portefeuille numérique, qui sauvegarde de manière sécurisée les tokens des différents moyens de paiement et permet ainsi une expérience d'achat sans couture pour nos clients.
• Payment Preview: module d’éligibilité permettant d’exposer les moyens de paiement possibles au plus tôt de l’expérience d’achat.
  
  

TA FUTURE CONTRIBUTION

• Concevoir et optimiser l’architecture du widget de paiement et son intégration transparente chez les marchands partenaires (architecture micro-frontend).
• Développer et maintenir les nouveaux plugins de paiement (front-end) pour diversifier l'offre et l'expérience utilisateur.
• Améliorer et faire évoluer les widgets clés, notamment la simulation de paiement, le Third Party Checkout, et le widget d’intégration sur les systèmes de caisses.
• Contribuer au co-design des solutions avec l’équipe mobile pour l'évolution des SDK natifs.
• Garantir que toutes les solutions développées respectent les standards de performance, d'accessibilité et d'évolutivité les plus élevés.
• Assurer la fiabilité des composants par la rédaction de tests complets et d’une documentation technique de qualité pour faciliter l’adoption par les autres équipes.
• Participer activement aux revues de code et être une force de proposition dans l'évolution de l'architecture front-end de Decathlon.
