As an ML Engineering Manager, you will lead across several cross-functional teams, managing up to ~10 machine learning engineers and data scientists. You will support teams working on data- and machine-learning-driven product capabilities.
Our product teams are cross functional and will typically include product managers, designers, engineers and subject matter experts relating to the team’s domain.
You will be accountable for the technical direction and delivery outcomes of your area. You will challenge your teams to pursue ambitious goals while providing a high level of support — growing engineering talent and fostering a highly collaborative, team-based environment where people can do great work.
Your primary focus will be on building high-performing teams and driving results through others. You will not be expected to spend significant time doing hands-on coding; however, you will be expected to dive deep technically when required and leverage your experience to support strong technical decision-making.

The role
At Nebius, we’re building a next-generation AI compute platform for large-scale ML training and inference — from a few nodes to thousands of GPUs.
We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to own product direction for Soperator — our Slurm-on-Kubernetes control plane for GPU clusters.
In this role, you will shape how ML engineers and research teams run, scale, and optimize distributed workloads in production.
If you care about systems that combine performance, reliability, and developer experience at the frontier of AI infrastructure, this role is for you.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Own the full user journey across Soperator clusters: Slurm workflows, dashboards, alerts/notifications, node lifecycle, and training/inference capacity management.
• Define product direction end-to-end: problem discovery → solution design → delivery → adoption.
• Lead deep customer discovery through interviews, usage analytics, and workload analysis to uncover high-impact opportunities.
• Drive execution across platform teams: compute, networking, storage, observability, IAM and etc.
• Translate frontier ML and infrastructure ideas into practical product capabilities for real-world GPU clusters.
• Define success metrics, prioritize roadmap decisions with data, and ensure measurable customer/business impact.
• Lead the open-source strategy and execution for Soperator: shape public roadmap themes, prioritize OSS-facing capabilities, and ensure strong adoption in the community.
We expect you to have:
• 3–5+ years in Product Management, ML infrastructure/MLOps, distributed systems, or cloud platform engineering.
• Strong technical depth in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, or ML platforms.
• Hands-on familiarity with large-scale ML training and orchestration tools (e.g., Slurm, Kubernetes, Ray).
• Track record of shipping technically complex products with multiple engineering teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across engineering, research, and customers.
• Experience with product analytics, data-informed prioritization, and experimentation.
• High ownership, high learning velocity, and comfort operating in fast-moving AI infrastructure environments.
It will be an added bonus if you have:
• Experience with GPU platforms and HPC primitives: InfiniBand/RDMA, topology-aware scheduling, high-throughput storage.
• Practical understanding of modern ML training stacks: PyTorch, DeepSpeed, FSDP/ZeRO, NCCL.
• Familiarity with efficiency and reliability metrics: Goodput, MFU, failure modes, preemption handling, health checks.
• Exposure to large-scale LLM training/inference systems.
• Experience in observability, performance tuning, or SRE/reliability engineering.
• Customer-facing technical experience (solutioning, support, architecture advisory).

As a Field Network Engineer at Nebius, you will be responsible for providing IT support, deploying data center IT infrastructure and managing projects & IT operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assist in the preparation and deployment of new infrastructure for upcoming launches.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and network-related issues within our data center.
Manage and coordinate remote IT operations by collaborating with smart hands.
Be prepared to travel for on-site installations and technical support.

We’re looking for a Director of Platform & Infrastructure to own and evolve our core engineering foundations. Reporting to our VP of Product Engineering, this role will lead SRE, MLOps, and Platform teams with a mandate to create leverage across the entire organization.
As a scaling startup, we’re evolving from early-stage infrastructure to a more mature, reliable platform that can support rapid product development and growing customer demand. About the Role:
As a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect, you'll demonstrate the value of Planet's data and services to help organizations within the Western and Northern European regions overcome their earth data challenges. Your role focuses on helping customers scale their usage effectively, implement change management strategies, optimize use cases, and maximize the value of their investment through expanded use cases across their organization. The insights you gather from your customers will directly inform our research priorities, product development, and go-to-market strategies — making you a key voice in shaping how we build and deliver ongoing value as a business.
As one of our early CSMs in EMEA, you'll be a pioneer - helping to build regional processes, establishing new customer relationships, and representing Anthropic's brand in a high-growth market. You'll operate with significant autonomy while maintaining strong alignment with global teams, requiring someone who thrives in ambiguous environments and can work effectively across time zones.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.

The eBPF Platform team owns the shared eBPF infrastructure inside the Datadog Agent, and is responsible for its reliability, performance, and evolution across a wide variety of Linux distributions and kernel versions. We build tooling and agent functionality for product teams utilizing eBPF (Network Performance Monitoring, Universal Service Monitoring, Cloud Workload Security, GPU Monitoring), enable new teams exploring eBPF, and centralize deep kernel expertise across the organization. The team contributes to open source projects such as btfhub and cilium/ebpf.
Datadog is investing heavily in GPU Monitoring to give customers deep visibility into GPU utilization, health, and performance across their infrastructure. The eBPF Platform team builds the agent-side foundation that makes this possible, from eBPF programs that capture GPU activity at the kernel level, to the metrics pipelines and validation infrastructure that ensure data quality at scale.

About the role:
As a Customer Experience Architect, you will serve as a technical account manager, a named resource and partner for Digital.ai customer organizations. You are a trusted advisor, forging deep relationships with your customers and account teams, maintaining an awareness of key events, needs, potential risks, and value drivers. The current salary for this specific job is estimated to be €95,000 - €105,000 pus commission target. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
