What You’ll Do

The Pre-Sales Solutions Engineering organisation is responsible for the technical sale of the Cloudflare solution portfolio, ensuring maximal business value, fit-for-purpose solution design and efficient adoption roadmaps for our customers. Solution Engineering is made up of individuals from a wide range of backgrounds - from Financial Consulting to Product Management, Customer Support to Software Engineering, and we are serious about building a diverse, curious and collaborative team.

As a Solutions Engineer, you are the technical customer advocate within Cloudflare. You will aid your customers and will work closely with every team at Cloudflare, from Sales and Product to Engineering and Customer Support to do so. Your goal of customer success should drive you through the entire organisation as you seek out and create scalable solutions for your customer’s needs.

• Understanding of “how the internet works”. For example:
• Know the differences between TCP & UDP, and understand what kinds of applications may favour one over the other;
• Can explain the difference between authoritative DNS & recursive DNS?;
• You understand the role of a firewall, why TLS (SSL) plays an increasingly important role on today's Internet, a solid understanding of HTTP and a willingness to dive deeper into the quirks of clients & servers alike;
• Understanding of how customers make buying decisions, how to explain ROI.
• A knowledge of the competitive landscape for one or more of: DDoS, CDN, Performance, DNS, Developer platform or Zero-Trust/SASE service providers.
• You're OK with some (10-15 days per quarter) travel without travel restrictions: we expect to travel to customer offices, conferences and/or do talks.

Advanced Consulting Engineers (ACEs) are post-sale product experts that communicate technical nuances to assist Tanium customers as they articulate their business objectives. The role 

We are building our L3 Support Line from scratch to serve as the datacenter center of expertise for servers, firmware (BIOS/BMC), and deep Linux diagnostics across Europe and the US.

This is a senior technical role focused on deep investigations, cross-site pattern detection, and driving permanent fixes with R&D and ODM vendors. You will turn complex incidents into scalable solutions and elevate L1/L2 capabilities through strong technical enablement.

Your responsibilities will include: 

Deep Technical Investigation (Primary Focus)

• Lead root cause analysis beyond L2 depth (GPU failures, firmware issues, Linux-level faults, HW/SW interactions).

• Detect recurring patterns across sites and convert findings into durable fixes.

• Own technical workstreams during high-severity incidents.

Vendor & R&D Collaboration

• Build evidence packs and drive escalations with ODM and R&D.

• Push for firmware, component, and platform-level resolutions.

Firmware & Platform Readiness (BIOS/BMC)

• Support validation and rollout of firmware updates (risk assessment, staging, rollback planning).

• Turn investigations into playbooks that elevate L1/L2 teams.

Hands-on Support (As Needed)

• Strong hands-on experience with datacenter servers and deep Linux troubleshooting.

💼 About the role

We’re seeking an experienced hardware design engineer to expand our cryptographic hardware IP team. You would be joining a mature design team with a proven track record of delivering market leading cryptographic IP, your role would expose you to the latest cryptographic standards and allow you to develop for the latest technologies.

We hope that you have at least 5 years of experience working on hardware design of complex IPs targeted at deployment on latest generation FPGAs, preferably with some experience working with cryptographic and security IPs.

What you’ll do

Cloudflare’s solutions engineering function is responsible for collaborating with clients from early-stage ideation through to planning for production. Being much more than an expert solely in Cloudflare’s services, our Senior Solutions Engineers are expected to sit alongside our peers in our clients, and to contribute their energy, ideas and opinion on solving the hard problems we face in our industry today. Ingénieur DevOps H/F

Vos missions : 

En tant qu’Ingénieur DevOps, vous interviendrez au sein d’une équipe d’automatisation en mode agile chez nos clients sur des sujets comme :

• Création et mise en place d’un pipeline CI/CD pour la gestion automatique du cycle de vie d’une application
• Gestion du Release Management: build, test, déploiement et configuration automatique
• Gestion de la scalabilité applicative (up & down)
• Connection au référentiel de sources (Git ou autre…)
• Gestion du pipeline CI/CD (Jenkins, Bitbucket, Docker, Kubernetes…)
• Utilisation d’outils de déploiement automatique (Ansible, Puppet,Chef…)
• Ecriture de scripts d’automatisation (Python, Powershell, Bash…)
• Mise en place du monitoring pour le suivi de la performance et de la montée en charge (Nagios, Centreon…)

Compétences requises:

Connaissance approfondie d'AWS, principalement :
o Services de base: IAM, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ...
o Architecture des comptes et réseaux: Organisations, VPC, Security Groups,

Transit Gateway, Route53, architectures réseau multi-comptes
o Conteneurisation et orchestration: ECS, EKS, ECR
• Compétences en ingénierie DevOps

o Scripting: principalement Bash, Python
o Connaissance approfondie des outils et pratiques DevOps et de Delivery
continu
o Contrôle de version: Git (Gitlab)
o Intégration & déploiement continus : Gitlab CI, outillages GitOps
o Infra as Code: Terraform
o Gestion de configuration: Ansible, AWX
o Tooling de conteneurisation et orchestration: Autoscalers, CNI, Cost
Tracking...

▪ Compétences relationnelles :
o Méthodologie DevOps, typiquement Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

o Fortes aptitudes collaboratives et volonté d'évoluer dans une approche
centrée sur l'équipe, en apprentissage continu
o Bonne gestion du temps et des efforts, afin d'intervenir sur 2 à 3 projets
simultanément avec un minimum de dispersion
o Langue anglaise à un niveau professionnel, pour communiquer efficacement
avec les équipes internationales
