Scopely is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Star Trek Fleet Command team in Dublin, Barcelona, or the UK on a hybrid/remote first basis. 

Star Trek Fleet Command's ongoing success goes from strength to strength. Our in-house developed 4X MMO was launched in 2018 and continues to evolve, being consistently one of the top 10 gross revenue Massive Multiplayer Strategy games on the market.

What You Will Do

As a Sr Product Manager on the Star Trek Fleet Command team, you will help drive key initiatives that support player engagement and monetization. Working alongside Product, Design, Economy, Marketing, and Analytics teams, you'll support the planning, execution, and optimization of in-game events, features, and offers that improve player experience and business performance.

• Support the planning and execution of the live content calendar, including events and offers
• Analyze player behavior and game data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging content that meets both player needs and business goals
• Work closely with economy and game design to ensure progression systems remain balanced and rewarding
• Monitor performance of features and events, and recommend improvements based on data and player feedback
• Assist in developing product documentation, roadmaps, and KPIs for key initiatives
• Contribute to competitive analysis and help build business cases for new content and features
• Support testing and experimentation efforts to validate product hypotheses

What We're Looking For

• Solid experience in product management, ideally within free-to-play mobile games or live service games
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to inform decisions
• Understanding of core F2P mechanics, player retention strategies, and monetization best practices
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across multiple teams and disciplines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Bonus Points

• Experience in product management and/or product development in software or live services.
• Live Operation Experience: previous working experience owning live operations on a major F2P title.
• Genre Experience: precious experience in either 4X strategy or MMORPG games.

About the role:

Our Inference team is responsible for building and maintaining the critical systems that serve Claude to millions of users worldwide. We bring Claude to life by serving our models via the industry's largest compute-agnostic inference deployments.  We are responsible for the entire stack from intelligent request routing to fleet-wide orchestration across diverse AI accelerators.

The team has a dual mandate: maximizing compute efficiency to serve our explosive customer growth, while enabling breakthrough research by giving our scientists the high-performance inference infrastructure they need to develop next-generation models. We tackle complex, distributed systems challenges across multiple accelerator families and emerging AI hardware running in multiple cloud platforms.

As a Staff Software Engineer on our Inference team, you will work end to end, identifying and addressing key infrastructure blockers to serve Claude to millions of users while enabling breakthrough AI research. Strong candidates should have familiarity with performance optimization, distributed systems, large-scale service orchestration, and intelligent request routing. Familiarity with LLM inference optimization, batching strategies, and multi-accelerator deployments is highly encouraged but not strictly necessary.

Strong candidates may also have experience with:

• High-performance, large-scale distributed systems

• Implementing and deploying machine learning systems at scale

• Load balancing, request routing, or traffic management systems

• LLM inference optimization, batching, and caching strategies

• Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP)

• Designing intelligent routing algorithms that optimize request distribution across thousands of accelerators

• Autoscaling our compute fleet to dynamically match supply with demand across production, research, and experimental workloads

• Building production-grade deployment pipelines for releasing new models to millions of users

• Integrating new AI accelerator platforms to maintain our hardware-agnostic competitive advantage

• Contributing to new inference features (e.g., structured sampling, prompt caching)

• Supporting inference for new model architectures

• Analyzing observability data to tune performance based on real-world production workloads

• Managing multi-region deployments and geographic routing for global customers

The Role

We’re looking for a Mobile Core Network Engineer to join the team responsible for Telnyx’s global mobile core network. You’ll own the infrastructure that powers our wireless platform — keeping it reliable, scalable, and ready for what comes next. This is a hands-on role spanning network operations, deployment automation, and incident response.

What You’ll Do

Network Operations & Infrastructure

• Deliver and maintain core network services across global datacenters — ensuring high availability of PGWs, DRAs, GTP proxies, HSS, and STPs

• Design redundancy patterns (failover, active-active, disaster recovery) and drive service localisation in new regions

• Manage the GTP proxy fleet and DRA infrastructure: routing rules, IMSI translation, realm routing, and peer management

• Monitor traffic growth, forecast demand, and scale infrastructure ahead of need

Automation & Deployment

• Build and maintain Ansible playbooks and CI/CD pipelines for consistent, repeatable infrastructure changes

• Operate and evolve the signalling plane — Diameter, GTP-C/U, SS7 MAP — across roaming partner interconnects

• Design and maintain network connectivity: GRX/IPX peering, inter-datacenter tunnels, SCTP multihoming, and firewall rules

Observability & On-Call

• Build dashboards and alerting to catch issues before they become incidents

• Participate in on-call rotation for wireless infrastructure incidents

What We’re Looking For

• Solid understanding of 3GPP EPC architecture: PGW, SGW, HSS, DRA, PCRF, STP, and their interfaces (S6a, S8, S5, Gx, S1-MME)

• Experience operating and troubleshooting mobile core network elements in production

• Strong networking fundamentals: IP routing, BGP/OSPF, VLANs, GRE/IPsec, SCTP, and packet-level troubleshooting (tcpdump/tshark)

• Strong Linux skills: systemd, network configuration, performance tuning, and scripting

• Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation — Ansible, Terraform, or equivalent

• Familiarity with containerised environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines

• Experience with monitoring stacks: Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager

• Experience with AWS or similar cloud infrastructure

Nice to Have

• Experience with Diameter Routing Agents (freeDiameter or commercial DRAs) or GTP proxy platforms

• Knowledge of multi-IMSI SIM architectures, VoLTE/IMS, or roaming models (S8HR, LBO)

• Familiarity with IPX/GRX peering, GSMA roaming standards (IR.34), or network automation tooling (Netbox, NAPALM)

• Experience with Elixir, Go, or Python in a network infrastructure context
