Geotab is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist who will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of invoicing, collections, and payments, while reviewing and processing credit memos and reconciling receivable balances to maintain healthy cash flow. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, your key area of responsibility will be ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, collections, and reconciliation across assigned accounts. You will manage the full accounts receivable cycle - from verifying pricing accuracy on invoices and calculating reseller credits to monitoring deviations from credit standards, processing necessary write-offs or credits, and completing month-end closing tasks. You will work closely with the Accounts Receivable Manager for approvals and serve as the primary customer liaison for invoicing, billing, activations, terminations, support tickets, and order inquiries, ensuring assigned accounts are consistently well-supported.
To be successful in this role, you will be a highly organized, detail-oriented team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to practice discretion in all corporate matters. You must be a problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. In addition, the successful candidate will bring strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of computerized accounting systems like Dynamics AX. Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel is required, along with a proven track record of 3-5 years in accounts receivable and a background in Finance or Administration.
Assure timely and accurate invoicing for assigned accounts
Assure timely collection of monies due to Geotab related to assigned accounts
Ensure write-offs for assigned accounts are completed in a timely manner
Calculate any necessary credits due to assigned Reseller accounts and submit to the Accounts Receivable Manager for approval before posting
Monitor and report on deviations from credit standards for assigned accounts
Ensure that pricing on invoices is correct, accounting for concessions
Serve as the customer liaison for invoicing, billing, activations, terminations, support tickets, and order inquiries for assigned accounts
Make recommendations to improve the quality of invoicing and collection procedures
Complete additional tasks at month-end to ensure timely invoicing of all accounts
Support Geotab global strategic initiatives
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance or collections role
General understanding of computerized accounting systems; knowledge of Dynamics AX ERP is an asset
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make well-judged decisions
Technical proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage across all levels of the organization

About the Role
The AI Integrations team builds the tools that bring AI into Telnyx's core products — think voice agents, intelligent messaging, and real-time AI features that improve our customer experience. We need a strong fullstack engineer to help us move faster.
This is a mid-level IC role. You'll own features end-to-end: building React interfaces, writing Node.js services, wiring up databases, and shipping things that work. Our salary range reflects the cost of labour in the country where the job post is advertised. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.

We are seeking a Technical Success Manager to own long-term client relationships with FastSpring's most technically sophisticated, high potential clients. These are businesses who have advanced technical, product or operational complexity and play a key strategic role in FastSpring's present and future success. This role will serve as the primary owner of these accounts, with ownership over both the technical and business elements of the relationship.
