As Strategy & Operations Manager, you are responsible for driving efficient growth by providing data driven support in shaping and optimizing our global growth and marketing strategies. The Opportunity
CONTEXT:

Our Sr Account Executives are motivated, tenacious, self-starters who are experienced in selling enterprise SaaS/cloud enterprise software to senior-level executives and owning the sales process from beginning to end.

Wolt is building the leading local commerce platform across Europe and beyond. Denmark is one of our core markets, and Inside Sales is the engine that drives merchant acquisition at scale — across both SMB Restaurant and Retail segments.
As an Inside Sales Associate, you will own the phone-based acquisition of restaurants and retail stores across Denmark. You will run the full sales cycle end-to-end — from first contact to signed partner — and be accountable for the selection we build in your portfolio. This role combines commercial ownership, high-volume execution, and disciplined pipeline management. If you thrive in a performance-driven environment where every call, every close, and every signed partner moves the business forward, this role gives you the mandate and scope to make a visible commercial impact from day one.
This role is about driving profitable growth across Denmark's Restaurant and Retail merchant landscape. You will own a portfolio of areas, work a structured pipeline, and consistently deliver high-quality partner acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media: Own and elevate our organic social presence across Instagram and LinkedIn. You'll lead the content strategy, drive the calendar, and work closely with the Creative Lead to produce content that stops the scroll and strengthens the Lenus brand.
Website: Own the website as a core growth and brand channel. You'll drive the website revamp, the roadmap and ongoing development. You'll optimise user journeys and conversion flows, manage CMS governance, and collaborate with our web agency on SEO and new features.
CRM & Content: Own the customer communication journey to drive product adoption and upsell among existing coaches.
Analytics & Reporting: Be the go-to on marketing performance. Build a consistent reporting framework that connects channel activity to business outcomes - from awareness and reach, to engagement and traffic, to conversion and pipeline.
