VML MAP’s Agentic AI Lab helps some of the world’s largest brands figure out what AI means for their marketing organisations — from redesigning how teams work, to building new consumer experiences, to launching AI-powered tools and products.
We are now looking for a student to support this work. Someone who can sit in a client strategy session in the morning, prototype a demo in the afternoon, and turn a brainstorming session into a polished deck by the end of the week.
This is not a defined-lane role. You will move between strategy, storytelling, prototyping, workshops, and client delivery — often in the same week. You will use AI tools — Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor — as a first instinct, not a last resort.
You will get direct exposure to recognised brands across industries such as FMCG, automotive, energy, food service, and retail from day one.
Caught your attention? Keep reading!
Supporting the full stack of AI consulting from strategy to implementation, you will work on:
Navigating the organisation independently, you will be unblocking yourself and finding the right people without waiting to be guided. While doing this, you'll:
We are hiring for a mindset, not a background.
You may be a master’s student in management, business analytics, digital innovation, strategy and technology, philosophy, design, or computer science. Two of our AI consulting leads came from philosophy — so the right profile is not always the obvious one on paper.
You should however have:
What is also nice to have in this role:

The climate crisis is the defining challenge of our time—but it’s also the greatest opportunity for innovation, and a challenge we’re proud to take on. At Overstory, we’re harnessing cutting-edge technology to enable a resilient electrical grid that keeps communities thriving as our world changes.
The grid is the backbone of life as we know it. It powers hospitals, keeps food fresh, and ensures communities stay connected. But extreme weather, aging infrastructure, and growing wildfire risks are putting this critical system under pressure. All of this combined makes the electric utility industry the greatest opportunity for tackling climate change.
One of the leading causes of catastrophic wildfires and power outages? Trees and brush coming into contact with power lines.
That’s where we help. At Overstory, we use AI and advanced satellite imagery to pinpoint and prioritize vegetation risks before they materialize. By giving utilities critical analysis on those risks, we’re helping prevent outages, reduce wildfire risks, and accelerate the transition to a safer, more resilient grid.
Our team spans the Americas and Europe, and we work with utility partners across the Americas and beyond. We’re outdoor enthusiasts, musicians, artists, athletes, parents, and adventurers. What unites us is a passion for solving complex problems, a commitment to climate action, and the belief that technology should be a force for good.
Join us to help us build a more resilient world together.
As a Staff Engineer, you will work across multiple teams to evolve a suite of web and internal tools that enable utility companies to more effectively manage risks associated with climate change and wildfires.
We are seeking improvement in the following areas:
At Overstory, our Staff Engineers are hands-on technical leaders whose influence extends beyond their team either through leading cross team initiatives, making technology choices for critical aspects of our technology platform or solving for critical technical challenges within teams enabling our business to achieve our rapid scaling plans (growing 3x YoY).
This role will start off being primarily team scoped solving critical scaling challenges. There is scope to expand remit as we grow.
Time zone requirement: Europe (GMT/WET, CET, EET) and Eastern North America (NST, AST, EST)
Note: We believe that all people are capable of great things. We encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all of the requirements that are listed within this job description.
We are a group of 100 people from all over the world. Fifteen nationalities are represented in our team and at last count we speak fourteen languages: English, Dutch, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Luxembourgish, Lithuanian, Bulgarian, Cantonese, Estonian, and Danish.
We work remotely from eleven countries and are looking for candidates that are living and working in one of them: United States, the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Ireland, Estonia, Portugal, France, Sweden, Switzerland, Denmark and Canada. We gather once a year in-person for our unforgettable team gathering event. We also offer the option to occasionally meet up for in-person collaboration.
The climate crisis is a human crisis that requires diverse perspectives to solve.
We place enormous value on diversity and believe that the best ideas emerge when people with different backgrounds and experience work together. We remain committed to scaling a team that reflects the communities we serve, and strive to uphold equitable and inclusive practices across every aspect of our business. We are responsible for creating and maintaining a culture where everyone - regardless of background - has a voice in building a sustainable future.
We act with urgency.
We recognize that change is constant, and we find joy and power in exploration.
Just as ecosystems need biodiversity to thrive, our resiliency comes from our differences.
We love the power of machines but we nurture each other as humans.
We assume the best in everyone, and we share ideas openly so that we have a positive impact.

Our product is world-class. Our brand and marketing is underinvested. This is your starting point: a strong foundation, and a mandate to build the machine. If that excites you, read on.
Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a sharp Global Digital Marketing Lead who owns the full funnel - from building an engaged audience on social, to converting them on the website, to driving adoption through email and content. You obsess over integrated customer journeys and know what drives reach, relevance, and results. You move fast, take ownership, and know which lever to pull.
You're comfortable managing agencies for SEO and paid media while owning core channels yourself. You stay ahead of trends, platforms, and emerging technologies - and you use AI not as a shortcut, but as a force multiplier. This is a key role in a newly established Global Brand and Marketing team. We're looking for someone with the experience to lead with confidence and the hunger and creativity to explore what's possible.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media: Own and elevate our organic social presence across Instagram and LinkedIn. You'll lead the content strategy, drive the calendar, and work closely with the Creative Lead to produce content that stops the scroll and strengthens the Lenus brand.

CRM & Content: Own the customer communication journey to drive product adoption and upsell among existing coaches.
Analytics & Reporting: Be the go-to on marketing performance. Build a consistent reporting framework that connects channel activity to business outcomes - from awareness and reach, to engagement and traffic, to conversion and pipeline.
Qualifications
We value diverse experiences and backgrounds. While not all qualifications are mandatory, the ideal candidate should possess.
We encourage you to apply even if you don't tick all the boxes! Please submit your application in English.
The Team
You'll be joining the Global Brand and Marketing team - small by design, big in impact. The team is made up of a Global Creative Lead, Global Brand Activation Lead, and Global Podcast Lead, each owning their domain end-to-end and pushing each other to do their best work. You'll report directly to the Director of Global Brand and Marketing. Based in Copenhagen, you will collaborate with colleagues across different functions, contributing to a dynamic and international work environment.
Benefits & Perks
We'll be going through applications frequently, so if this sounds like a great opportunity for you, hit apply and our Talent Acquisition Team will go through it and be in touch with you!

Taking over a legacy GTM stack is often an exercise in forensic archaeology. Between years of successful iterations and various layers of automation, the "source of truth" in many companies eventually becomes a collection of varying opinions rather than a reliable data set. The most satisfying part of this work is usually the moment you move from patching leaks to actually architecting a unified revenue backbone.
We are at that specific turning point. You’ll step in with the mandate to take over our commercial stack — owning the architecture from top to bottom and unifying years of successful iterations across Salesforce, Zapier, and Weld into a single, high-performance engine. This role is about building a foundation that can simultaneously support a mature hardware business and an ambitious self-service SaaS stream. It’s a chance to move beyond manual CRM management and own a system that stays stable as the business scales.
Based in our Copenhagen headquarters, you’ll be part of a cross-functional setup where global reach meets a local, high-trust team. We operate with a global footprint, meaning you’ll have the autonomy to make architectural decisions that impact our teams in the US and across Europe. We value high trust and flat hierarchies, but more importantly, we value the technical depth required to solve complex problems without being micromanaged.
Architect the Revenue Backbone: Within the first six months, you will have audited and streamlined our Salesforce and automation ecosystem. Success looks like a clean, documented data schema where "source of truth" is no longer a debate between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Scale the Self-Service Engine: You will own the website portion of our SaaS funnel. In collaboration with our product team (who handle the experience after registration) you will optimize lead flow and top-of-funnel conversion to drive self-service ARR.
Unify Commercial Logic: Successfully integrate product analytics, billing systems, and our CRM to create a seamless journey. The evidence of success will be a "trial → POC → paid → expansion" loop that handles both physical device sales and software subscriptions without manual intervention or data gaps.
Deploy High-Leverage Automation: Use APIs and AI-assisted tools to ship internal productivity workflows. You'll be expected to identify bottlenecks in our current sales process and automate them away, significantly reducing administrative drag for our commercial teams.
The Systems Architect
You have a high bar for what "good" looks like in a CRM. While you can navigate legacy setups, your focus is always on the target state: a scalable, clean, and documented architecture. You prioritize structural integrity over quick-fix patches and believe that if a workflow isn't documented, it doesn't exist.
The Pragmatic Builder
You are dangerous enough with APIs, SQL, and data modeling to ship your own solutions. You don’t wait for a data engineering ticket to be cleared; you use modern tools to build, test, and deploy integrations that work. Your bias is toward action and "shipping" rather than just "planning."
The Commercial Translator
You can sit in a room with a Sales Lead or a Growth Marketer, listen to a business problem, and immediately translate it into a technical workflow. You understand the trade-offs between ambitious growth experiments and long-term system stability, and you know how to communicate those trade-offs clearly.
Airtame is an equal opportunity employer. We have colleagues across the globe, with both in-office and full-time remote workers. This feeds into our international hybrid mindset, with people from 25+ nationalities that make up the Airtame team.
