THE ROLE
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Finance Analyst to support the G&A organization from our Prague Finance Hub, with a focus on Corporate Functions finance. As a key member of the G&A Finance team, this role will serve as a strategic partner to Facilities and G&A leadership, bringing financial rigor, transparency, and forward-looking insight across operating expenses, capital investments, and a complex global real estate portfolio.
This individual will own OPEX and CAPEX governance, lease portfolio analytics, and monthly close, forecast cycles, annual plan, ensuring disciplined financial execution and predictable outcomes across G&A. Beyond core reporting, the role will deliver advanced spend modeling, contract and lease economics analysis, and scenario planning to inform footprint strategy, functional investment decisions, and long-range planning.

About the role:
8am is hiring a Software Development Engineer in Test to embed within our SaaS Platform team, the group that owns customer identity, authentication, provisioning, roles and permissions, risk profiling, and the APIs every other 8am product consumes. You will own the test automation strategy for that team and partner with engineers from requirements through release.
We do not embed SDETs everywhere. We place them where the rate of change and blast radius warrant it. SaaS Platform is one of those places. About the role:
We are looking for a Software Engineer to help design, build, and scale systems that process billions of dollars in transactions and enable new financial capabilities such as lending, payments, and workflow automation.This role is open to engineers with varying levels of experience. Depending on your background, you will take ownership of key components, contribute to system design, and help drive technical decisions that shape our platform. You’ll work on distributed, event-driven systems using technologies like Scala, Kafka, Kubernetes, and AWS—solving real-world problems where reliability, scalability, and security matter.

The Kotlin AI Value Stream team is responsible for how AI agents understand, generate, and improve Kotlin code across all platforms: Android, Kotlin Multiplatform, server-side, web, desktop, and others. We build the evaluation infrastructure, error analysis tools, and post-training pipelines that measure and improve agent behavior on real Kotlin developer tasks.
As a Research Engineer on this team, you'll own the end-to-end loop: Analyze how agents fail on Kotlin → build evals that capture those failures → research and implement methods to fix them → measure the improvement. Your work will directly shape how millions of developers experience Kotlin through AI coding agents.
