We are seeking a strategically driven Global Senior Brand Marketing Manager to join our centralized Brand Growth team. Brand Governance & Strategic Consistency

Insight & Performance Integration

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in brand strategy, brand marketing, or strategic planning roles within global or multi-market organizations
• Strong experience translating business challenges into brand strategy, positioning and campaign platforms
• Proven experience scaling brand initiatives across multiple markets, including developing toolkits, playbooks, or frameworks that enable consistent and effective execution
• Experience developing strategic briefs and working closely with creative agencies

We are looking for a structured and proactive Resource Manager to support our Experience Strategy & Design capability, a central part of the CRM, marketing automation and personalisation powerhouse that is VML MAP.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating resources across projects, balancing business needs, team capacity, for our amazing team in Copenhagen. 

You will work closely with team leads and Client Engagement and Delivery teams to ensure the right people are staffed on the right work at the right time. What will your day look like?

• Own resource planning and allocation across the Experience Strategy & Design team.

We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager with extensive prior experience in a hands-on game development role to join our Engine Product team. The Unity Studio Productions team is a group of highly skilled Software Developers and Technical Artists with deep expertise in the Unity platform, whose main goal is to help our customers improve their projects, internal workflows, and assist them in the resolution of very challenging technical problems, bridging with the Unity Engine team in the process. To do this, we provide a series of short-term and long-term co-development services that can range in duration from one week to eighteen months and beyond.

Our customers include globally known game development studios and publishers in need of having their games’ performance optimized, their visual targets met, ported to difficult platforms, and timely advice on how best to use Unity. Your day-to-day work will include collaborating with game development studios, optimizing their games, developing solutions for their most challenging problems, and striving to ensure that their projects succeed.

What you'll be doing

• Working closely with external customer teams in United Kingdom to develop games and game production tools.
• Assisting in the planning of customer projects by evaluating, scoping, and task and time estimation breakdown.
• Build close relationships with Unity's internal development teams, and provide customer feedback and production verification of future features of Unity technology and services.
• Efficiently solve problems, communicate, and educate our clients, both remotely and on-site at their offices.
• Proactively train yourself to remain at the forefront of Unity Engine technology and game content creation technology.
• Visit customers for short-term consultations and give them advice on how to improve their existing projects.

What we're looking for

• Experience on a variety of game projects, platforms, not necessarily all Unity.
• Understanding of the technical challenges related to complex game development environments.
• Ability to adapt to customer production environments and in some cases, take over work streams in collaboration with the customer.
• Ability to work closely in a team, plan, coordinate, communicate work intentions, progress, and deliver work in a timely manner, dealing with the usual complications of game development.
• A proactive mentor who excels at technical documentation and cross-departmental problem-solving, translating complex technical topics into understandable concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• The ability to work independently, identifying and clarifying the tasks, assisting the Project Manager and more inexperienced developers.
• The ability to develop and debug code written in a large multithreaded C# or C++ codebase, using a multi-platform engine (e.g. Unity, Unreal, in-house)
• Understanding of rendering pipelines, GPU architecture and performance and optimization techniques.
• Deep technical expertise in the Unity ecosystem, including C#, ScriptableObjects, Addressables, Unity Lifecycle and modern render pipelines (URP/HDRP).
• Experience with modern graphics APIs (Metal, Vulkan, DirectX12)
• Experience with modern graphics techniques and shader languages (HLSL/GLSL, etc.)
• Experience optimizing rendering performance on diverse target hardware platforms (Mobile, PC, Console).
• Proven ability with a wide-range of GPU profiling and debugging tools (e.g. NSight, PIX, RenderDoc, Xcode, etc.)
• Proven ability to profile and optimize CPU, GPU, and memory usage using the Unity Profiler, Frame Debugger, and RenderDoc.

• Experience (or strong interest) in high-performance paradigms like DOTS, ECS, and the C# Job System.

The opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager with extensive prior experience in a hands-on game development role to join our Engine Product team. You will play a pivotal role in defining product requirements with technical input on customer need, value, measurability, as well as the ability to use and demonstrate product in a hands-on fashion.

In this high-impact role, you will define and execute the roadmap of the authoring features in the Unity Engine, shaping how creators use our tools to build the games and experiences of the future. You will define product strategy with a technical point of view grounded in a direct understanding of customer requirements while ensuring the product vision aligns with business priorities, user needs, and technical feasibility.

What you'll be doing

• Define and own a product vision, strategy, and roadmap that is informed by technical product expertise, customer feedback from Unity Studio Productions and Customer Success organizations, Production Verification, market research, user feedback, and competitive analysis
• Cultivate strong relationships with Engineering counterparts to lead product areas hand-in-hand. You will drive feature delivery across disparate teams, clearing roadblocks and aligning priorities.
• Partner with stakeholders (e.g. Engineering, Quality, Design, Documentation, Program Management) to identify business goals, user needs, and technical requirements
• Prioritize product features and improvements based on a mix of data and user feedback from key external partners and our wider development community.

What we're looking for

• Experience shipping games as a developer, ideally in Unity, Unreal, or proprietary game engines

• Strong product management experience, having lead technical product delivery of high impact features or projects, along with strong data and research skills

This is not for building a standard GenAI or Recommendation engine. You will lead a team operating at the intersection of Vision, Language, and Graph Theory, working with a dataset unlike any other in the industry: spatial, unstructured, and deeply human collaboration data. You will bridge the gap between open-ended research (LLMs, Diffusion Models, GNNs) and product impact, empowering teams to dream, design, and build faster.

What You'll Do

• Build and lead a world-class applied research team, hiring and mentoring researchers who excel at the intersection of deep learning theory and production engineering.
• Define the research roadmap to support the "Intelligent Canvas," identifying opportunities to model complex user behaviors—from multi-user collaboration on an infinite canvas, to multi-format AI-powered generation (e.g. slide deck, technical diagram, web app prototypes, etc.), and more.
• Pioneer research on unique spatial datasets. Unlike standard text/image corpuses, you will explore massive multimodal and graph-based datasets, uncovering how teams organize information spatially and collaborate together to solve complex multi-modal problems.
• Drive the "Research-to-Product" velocity. You will create the framework for rapidly testing foundation models (e.g., GPT-4, Llama, Stable Diffusion) and fine-tuning them for specific domain tasks (e.g. prototype generation, diagram generation, mindmap generation).
• Cultivate a culture of scientific rigor. Encourage the team to stay at the cutting edge (NeurIPS, CVPR) while maintaining a relentless focus on shipping features that delight users.

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record of technical leadership: 2+ years of experience managing high-performing Applied Science or ML Engineering teams in a product-led tech company or top-tier research lab.
• Multimodal & GenAI Depth: You don't just use APIs; you understand the architecture of Transformers, Diffusion models, and Graph Neural Networks (GNNs). You can guide a team through the complexities of fine-tuning and RAG at scale.
• A "Product-First" Researcher: You understand that accuracy metrics (F1, AUC) are proxies, not goals. You prioritize user value and latency constraints in production.
