As our Digital Experience Manager, you will be the architect of Trustpilot’s customer-facing Help Centre and self-service ecosystem. What you'll be doing
- Develop, customise, and maintain Help Centre templates and components, acting as our internal super-user for Salesforce Experience Cloud and Agentforce capabilities.
- Implement layout, navigation, and usability improvements using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance the overall user journey.
- Design and run A/B or multivariate tests to validate hypotheses, using data-backed insights to reduce customer friction.
- Research and implement modern AIEO (AI Engine Optimisation) practices to improve content discoverability and search performance across all digital channels.
- Build structural standards and page layouts that ensure content is accessible, coherent, and aligned with our global brand guidelines.
- Own the governance structures that keep our cross-functional knowledge ecosystem running smoothly. evaluating, prioritising, and overseeing knowledge and Help Centre developments at scale.
Who you are
- You have proven experience developing and optimising self-service platforms or customer-facing Help Centres. While deep, hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Knowledge, is a significant advantage, we are open to experts who have managed similar help desk ecosystems and are ready to apply those skills to our stack.
- You are proficient in front-end development (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) and comfortable translating UI/UX designs into functional components.
- You have a proven track record of running A/B tests and using analytics tools (like GA4, Looker, or Hotjar) to inform design decisions.
- You have a strong sensibility for UI/UX and can create simple graphical assets or layouts using tools like Figma.
- You are familiar with SEO/AIEO concepts and stay ahead of emerging digital CX technologies.
- You're comfortable owning structured working processes and bringing cross-functional teams together around a shared roadmap.

We’re now looking for a Head of Accounting & Control to lead and modernise our group accounting function. This is an opportunity to shape how finance operates at Trustpilot - building robust processes, embedding strong controls, and enabling the business to act with confidence and speed. You’ll operate at the intersection between several other Finance teams to ensure financial accuracy and transparency across the Group - this role is about turning accounting operations into measurable business impact.
Reporting into the Group Financial Director, you’ll lead a small but critical team, working closely with FP&A, Group Reporting, Finance Operations (AP/AR), and business leaders across Trustpilot to strengthen and future-proof the finance function. If you’re a strategic finance leader with a hands-on, change-driven mindset, this role is for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and develop the accounting function: Manage a small team of accounting professionals, creating clarity of purpose, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development. Own core accounting processes and months end-close: Oversee the month-end close, general ledger operations across the Group, reconciliations, and journal entries - with a particular focus on overhead and below-GM costs - ensuring accuracy, timeliness and strong financial discipline.
- Provide insight through financial analysis: Analyse monthly financial results to ensure accuracy and identify trends or variances, providing insights that support decision-making across the Group in close partnership with the FP&A team.
- Partner across the finance organisation: Work closely with the Head of Group Reporting to ensure alignment between local GAAP and IFRS reporting and collaborate with FP&A to support financial planning, analysis, and business performance discussions, as well as aligning with AP and AR teams to ensure a smooth month end close.
- Drive efficiency through process improvement: Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and improved efficiency across accounting processes, utilising AI where possible.
- Support the external audit process: Act as a key point of contact during the external audit, providing accounting information, analysis, and explanations to support a smooth and efficient audit process.
- Strengthen internal controls and financial governance: Continue evolving Trustpilot’s internal control environment, ensuring robust accounting policies, strong governance, and reliable financial processes.
- Oversee cost centre management and finance data integrity: Maintain the integrity of the finance data structure, including cost centre governance and cost allocation methodologies, ensuring financial data supports accurate reporting and business insight.
- Operational cash management: Monitor and appropriately forecast future entity level cash requirements to ensure optimum use of cash and lower FX exposure.
What you'll be doing:
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent), with a strong technical foundation and an experience in accounting leadership, group finance, or financial reporting.
- Systems-savvy, with hands-on experience using Unit4 or a comparable ERP, and a keen interest in evolving finance system architecture.

We are searching for a Salesforce Technical Lead, with expertise in building robust and scalable solutions to join Trustpilot’s Go-to-Market Technology department. This role will be pivotal in shaping large strategic projects within our Salesforce platform, collaborating across our commercial, marketing and customer service teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in up-to-date and current Salesforce Development, a proactive approach to operational excellence and a keen eye for system architecture, code quality, as well as process automation. This is a new position and is a key link with the business-wide Salesforce team, which is responsible for the entire company’s Salesforce ecosystem.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Salesforce Development & Architecture
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and other programmatic capabilities to meet the needs of the GTM Tech team and wider business needs
- Develop and maintain complex Salesforce Flows and automation, ensuring adherence to best practices and optimal performance
- Providing end-to-end project leadership: from initial solution design, establishing delivery timelines, and cross-functional problem solving to final delivery and senior-level reporting
- Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using APIs and various integration patterns
- Collaborate closely with the organization-wide Salesforce team, participating in code reviews and ensuring solutions align with the broader Salesforce ecosystem strategy
- Design and implement Salesforce best practices, focusing on scalable architecture, data integrity, security, and performance optimisation
- Support incident management and processes directly within Salesforce through custom development and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather complex requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions
- Own and managed the CI/CD processes used within the Salesforce team ensuring best practices and optimising ways of working to support a high velocity of work including but not limited to providing training to colleagues
- Apply declarative change solutions to project delivery work
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for Salesforce customizations, integrations, and deployment processes
- Maintain Trustpilot system auditing evidence and documentation
- Provide mentoring & coaching to more junior Administrators for skills development
- Create a collaborative and inclusive team environment to encourage knowledge sharing and continuous learning
Who You Are:
Technical Skills
- Minimum: Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer I certifications - Platform Developer II is highly valued
- 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, specifically with Salesforce Sales Cloud (although experience of other clouds is also desirable), demonstrating a proven track record of designing, developing and deploying complex programmatic solutions
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience development (Aura Components and Lightning Web Components)
- Experience with Agentforce is a strong plus
- Experience in highly distributed systems with other Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Integration Architecture Designer) is a strong plus
- Demonstrated expert proficiency in Salesforce programmatic functionalities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and platform events
- Strong understanding and experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk) and integration patterns.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce security models (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, roles) and their programmatic implications
- Deep proficiency in using developer tools like VS Code, Salesforce CLI, Git for version control, and CI/CD pipelines

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, conduct technical discussions, and mentor team members.

We are searching for a Salesforce Technical Lead, with expertise in building robust and scalable solutions to join Trustpilot’s Go-to-Market Technology department. This role will be pivotal in shaping large strategic projects within our Salesforce platform, collaborating across our commercial, marketing and customer service teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Salesforce Development & Architecture
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and other programmatic capabilities to meet the needs of the GTM Tech team and wider business needs

Who You Are:
Technical Skills
- Minimum: Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer I certifications - Platform Developer II is highly valued
- 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, specifically with Salesforce Sales Cloud (although experience of other clouds is also desirable), demonstrating a proven track record of designing, developing and deploying complex programmatic solutions
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience development (Aura Components and Lightning Web Components)
- Experience with Agentforce is a strong plus
- Experience in highly distributed systems with other Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Integration Architecture Designer) is a strong plus

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce QA Engineer with expertise in building robust and scalable automated testing frameworks to join Trustpilot’s Go-to-Market Technology department. - Certifications: Salesforce Certified Associate or Administrator—Provar certifications or Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I are highly valued.
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce QA, with a proven track record of maintaining and scaling testing automation suite.
- Modern Tooling: Extensive experience with Automation Testing tooling, Salesforce Lightning Experience, and validating Lightning Web Components (LWC).

You will be at the forefront of this shift, owning the highly critical storage abstraction layer, ensuring enterprise studios have the flexibility, robust security, and strict data location controls required to protect their intellectual property.
What you'll be doing
- Research user needs for the current and future target markets, focusing deeply on enterprise data security, on-premises/VPC deployments, and storage abstraction.
- Engage with users and partners to collaborate on product validation for integrating major version control systems like Unity Version Control System (UVCS), Git, and Perforce.
- Collaborate across roles and teams to ensure our plans fulfill the most needed user outcomes, optimizing storage margin models while enforcing fine-grained Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Assemble and communicate 1-2 year product roadmaps for the pipeline's storage, data strategy, and versioning infrastructure.

About the Role:
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Create and cultivate deep business relationships with the biggest producers, creators, venues and key stakeholders in the entertainment industry.
- Develop and deliver a growth strategy for the market, with an innovative and effective approach to scaling Fever's presence in the region
- Expertly manage commercial strategy with large partners ensuring value creation for both parties, and a sustainable strategic partnership between Fever and event organisers
- Evidence strong organizational skills to effectively balance and grow a large base of clients
- Collaborate closely with cross functional stakeholders to successfully deliver on partner growth across Denmark and internationally

About You:
Here’s what you should bring to the table:
- At least 4+ years of top tier consulting or equivalent experience, with ideally an additional 4+ years of experience in relevant sectors (e.g. corporate management, tech companies, sport / music / arts)
- Strong business development and partnership management skills
- Self-starter mentality with an ability to work in a demanding, dynamic start-up environment
- Demonstrated data-driven approach to business and task prioritization
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal along with strong attention to detail
- Comfort in working with Microsoft Office, Google docs, and a Sales CRM (Sugar CRM is preferred)
- Knowledge of the city’s entertainment, events, and lifestyle trends

What you'll be doing:
- Lead high-stakes, post-sale alignment and executive onboarding for high-tier accounts. You ensure a smooth handover from New Business and a strong foundation for adoption, while establishing a multi-level relationship map that secures strategic buy-in from the outset.
- Proactively translate technical usage data into compelling ROI narratives. You understand and demonstrate how Trustpilot influences every stage of the digital marketing funnel from driving top-of-funnel traffic to increasing bottom-of-funnel conversion and long-term brand advocacy.
- Achieve high Gross Renewal Rate (GRR) by maintaining customer health and addressing risks proactively.
- Own customer health, proactively identifying risks and executing recovery actions to maintain high GRR.
- Own the holistic health of your portfolio. You don't just execute playbooks; you design bespoke success plans to mitigate complex churn risks and identify strategic growth opportunities.
- Drive customer satisfaction and advocacy, achieving strong Net Promoter Score (NPS) results across your portfolio.
- Serve as the primary executive contact for high-tier accounts, bridging the gap between customer business needs and Trustpilot’s Leadership; you will diagnose complex product value or onboarding issues while strategically triaging commercial matters to Account Managers to ensure a seamless partnership.

Leading a team across Copenhagen and London, the Head of People Services combines rigour with ambition, bringing order and accountability to complex, multi-entity operations while simultaneously driving meaningful transformation through technology, AI and automation.
What you’ll be doing
- Leadership:
- Lead, develop and inspire a team of people operations and governance professionals, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Build a service-oriented team culture that balances operational rigour with a genuinely human approach to the employee experience.
- Act as an effective bridge between the team and the business, translating strategic priorities into operational execution.
- People Operations:
- Own and continuously improve the full employee lifecycle from preboarding through to offboarding — from contracts and addendums to terminations and decommissioning — , ensuring every touchpoint is efficient, accurate and compliant across all legal entities.
- Drive efficiency and quality across all lifecycle processes through robust documentation, team training, and clear standards for execution.
- Lead the team through the era of AI, proactively identifying opportunities to modernise manual or high-volume processes and bring the service into the future.
- Governance:
- Own the system of governance that enables the People function to operate with regulatory compliance and financial discipline, ensuring the right controls, processes and accountability structures are in place across the entire People team.
- Define and maintain the requirements for the People function’s risk register, material Plc controls and workplace health and safety, overseeing governance obligations.
- Serve as the function's lead for SOC2, ensuring controls are fit for purpose, properly evidenced and audited and consistently followed.
- People Systems & Technology:
- Own the strategy and roadmap for the People team's core technology stack (including the HRIS, ATS, LMS and other supporting tools), ensuring all systems are integrated, fit for purpose and evolving in line with the needs of the business.
- Serve as the overall owner of Trustpilot’s HRIS, with accountability for data integrity, configuration, and the ongoing management of system changes.
- Anticipate future needs and bring forward proposals for technology investment that will enhance operational efficiency, data quality, and the overall employee experience.
Programme management of key People function initiatives (e.g. end-of-year processes) is also part of this role, ensuring cross-team efforts are coordinated, delivered on time and customer-first.

We’re looking for a curious and analytical Fraud Detection Analyst to join our global Fraud & Investigations team. You’ll analyse data, spot patterns, and write detection rules that help stop fraud in its tracks — playing a vital role in protecting consumers, businesses, and the integrity of our platform.

What you’ll be doing:
- Identify fraud trends and develop a deep understanding of fraudulent behavior on our platform through the use of SQL, Google BigQuery, and Google Looker.
- Formulate rules based on your analysis to mitigate fraudulent behavior across our platform.
- Carry out investigations of escalated cases related to potential misuse of our platform and assist with media, legal, and customer inquiries.
- Partner with our data science experts to advance our technological and procedural approaches to identifying fraudulent activity.
- Work closely with our engineering teams to enhance internal tools and databases that enable us to combat fraud and scale effectively.
- Act as a key resource for other departments within Trustpilot by providing analysis of customer and reviewer behavior on the platform.
- Present and communicate the results of analyses and investigations to a variety of stakeholders across the department and wider company.
- Work closely with and report to our Lead Fraud & Investigation Analyst.
Who you are:
- Experience in data analytics or a similar analytical role—this could be through formal education (e.g., a degree in Science, Mathematics, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfortable working with and interpreting large datasets.
- A knack for answering difficult questions using data and the ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable reports.
- Proficiency in writing queries and preparing reports using SQL or a similar language.
- Motivated by self-learning and the desire to grow your skills when faced with new challenges.
- Prior knowledge of formulating rules to combat fraudulent behavior is a plus, but not a requirement.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively with a proactive, forward-thinking mindset

As an Associate Account Manager you manage a portfolio of small business customers on the Benelux market to ensure strong retention, growth, and product adoption. In this pivotal role, you will own customer retention and expansion. We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with expertise in building robust and scalable solutions to join Trustpilot’s Go-to-Market Technology department. This role will be pivotal in executing large strategic projects within our Salesforce platform, collaborating across our commercial, marketing, and customer service teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modern Salesforce development, a proactive approach to operational excellence, and a deep understanding of code quality and process automation. - Design, develop and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and other programmatic capabilities to meet the needs of the GTM Tech team.

- Lead the technical delivery of project features, from solution design and cross-functional problem solving to final deployment.

Technical Skills
- Minimum of Platform Developer I certification - Platform Developer II or Architect-track certifications are highly valued.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, demonstrating a proven track record of developing and deploying complex programmatic solutions.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex. Experience with Agentforce is a plus.
- Demonstrated proficiency in SOQL/SOSL, platform events, and asynchronous processing.

We’re looking for a curious and analytical Fraud Detection Analyst to join our global Fraud & Investigations team. You’ll analyse data, spot patterns, and write detection rules that help stop fraud in its tracks — playing a vital role in protecting consumers, businesses, and the integrity of our platform.
You’ll work on complex, often ambiguous challenges in the ever-evolving world of online trust. If you love solving problems, diving into data, and making a real difference - this is your chance.
You’ll be joining a collaborative, inquisitive team that values transparency, fairness, and a good sense of humour. As part of the wider Trust & Transparency team, we’re driving change across the business—and working to make Trustpilot the universal symbol of trust online.
What you’ll be doing:
- Identify fraud trends and develop a deep understanding of fraudulent behavior on our platform through the use of SQL, Google BigQuery, and Google Looker.
- Formulate rules based on your analysis to mitigate fraudulent behavior across our platform.
- Carry out investigations of escalated cases related to potential misuse of our platform and assist with media, legal, and customer inquiries.
- Partner with our data science experts to advance our technological and procedural approaches to identifying fraudulent activity.
- Work closely with our engineering teams to enhance internal tools and databases that enable us to combat fraud and scale effectively.
- Act as a key resource for other departments within Trustpilot by providing analysis of customer and reviewer behavior on the platform.
- Present and communicate the results of analyses and investigations to a variety of stakeholders across the department and wider company.
- Work closely with and report to our Lead Fraud & Investigation Analyst.
Who you are:
- Experience in data analytics or a similar analytical role—this could be through formal education (e.g., a degree in Science, Mathematics, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfortable working with and interpreting large datasets.
- A knack for answering difficult questions using data and the ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable reports.
- Proficiency in writing queries and preparing reports using SQL or a similar language.
- Motivated by self-learning and the desire to grow your skills when faced with new challenges.
- Prior knowledge of formulating rules to combat fraudulent behavior is a plus, but not a requirement.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively with a proactive, forward-thinking mindset.
