The Community Support Products (CSP) Machine Learning team is the core team responsible for driving CSxAI (Customer Support x Artificial Intelligence) initiatives by adopting the Generative AI technologies to enable an intelligent, scalable and exceptional service experience. The team develops and enhances various AI models, ML services and tools including LLM fine-tuning and optimization, RAG/Search, LLM evaluation and testing automation, feedback-based learning and guardrail for a wide range of applications in Airbnb.

A Typical Day:

Your Expertise:
- PhD/Master’s degree, preferably in CS, or equivalent experience
- 5-12 years of ML engineering experience, with ownership responsibility over large-scale software systems.
- Background in the design and development of AI and ML systems and services, and a deep passion for building efficient and scalable ML-powered products
- Experience with LLM driven chatbot and Agentic AI products would be a big plus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team and with teams across the engineering, product & design organizations
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential.

About The Position:
What You Will Do:
- Manage all post-sales activity for G-P’s customers through strong onboarding, progressive adoption activities, operational day to day support, relationship-building, product knowledge, planning and execution

- Function as the “voice of the customer” and provide feedback to internal teams, including Product, Sales, Operations, Billing, etc. on how G-P can better serve our customers.
- Help identify customers who would be good references and work with Marketing to create case studies

What We Are Looking For:
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or another customer-facing role
- Native Mandarin proficiency, in additional to English, is required
- Experience of developing strong relationships with a high volume of customers

Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. For Full-Time Regular Employees, this position is also eligible for additional compensation as follows:
- Sales Roles: This position is eligible for a commission structure in addition to base salary.
- Non-Sales Roles: This position is eligible for an annual bonus which is paid dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.

Purpose of Position
- The Engineering Manager, Digital Commerce Product will be responsible for leading the technical planning, delivery management, and engineering coordination of the next generation CASETiFY’s customer-facing digital commerce products. The incumbent will work closely with product, design, business stakeholders, internal technology teams, and external vendors to define the development roadmap, drive execution priorities, and ensure high-quality and scalable solutions that support business growth.
- The incumbent is expected to bring strong hands-on development experience in customer-facing products, particularly eCommerce platforms, mini-programs, and mobile applications, together with solid engineering management capabilities to align technical direction, architecture, delivery approach, and operational readiness in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Job Description
- Lead the engineering planning and delivery management for digital commerce products, including eCommerce platforms, mini-programs, mobile applications, and other customer-facing digital experiences,
- Work closely with product, design, business, and technology stakeholders to define the technology roadmap, delivery priorities, architecture direction, and implementation plans aligned with business objectives,
- Act as the key engineering counterpart in managing external vendors and development partners, ensuring clear scope, strong communication, delivery quality, and technical alignment with CASETiFY standards,
- Collaborate with internal teams across platform, architecture, infrastructure, security, QA, data, and operations to ensure integrated and scalable solution delivery,
- Translate product roadmap and business requirements into structured engineering plans, solution designs, technical requirements, and delivery milestones,
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and guidance across web, mini-program, and mobile app ecosystems, supporting both new feature delivery and continuous platform improvement,
- Ensure solutions are designed and delivered with strong focus on scalability, maintainability, security, performance, and customer experience,
- Review technical approaches, development practices, code quality, testing coverage, and release readiness to maintain strong engineering standards,

Requirements
- Strong hands-on software development experience with proven track record in customer-facing digital products
- Practical experience in developing and delivering eCommerce platforms, mini-programs, and mobile applications, with good understanding of digital customer journeys
- Solid experience in engineering management, technical delivery leadership, or solution delivery coordination in fast-paced digital product environments
- Experience in managing external vendors or development partners, including scope management, technical alignment, quality control, and delivery governance
- Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices including system design, API integration, testing, debugging, release management, and secure development
- Good knowledge of digital commerce ecosystems including storefront, product catalog, cart, checkout, payment, promotions, customer account, and post-purchase journeys
- Experience working across cross-functional teams including product, design, QA, infrastructure, security, data, and business stakeholders
- Strong ability to define technical roadmap and delivery direction while balancing business priorities, technical feasibility, quality, and speed
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external partners
- Known for promoting engineering best practices, structured execution, collaboration, and ownership
- At least 7-10 years of relevant working experience in software engineering, digital product development, or related roles, with prior leadership experience preferred
- Experience in eCommerce, retail, omnichannel, or other consumer-facing digital businesses is highly preferred
- Familiarity with mini-program ecosystems, app release processes, and digital commerce platform integrations is a strong plus

The Opportunity
Moloco is a machine learning-powered performance advertising platform trusted by top mobile marketers to deliver real business outcomes. As we expand our creative capabilities, we’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Lead Designer to drive best-in-class creative execution across ad formats for top-tier mobile gaming and app clients.
As Lead Designer, you will set the bar for visual quality, creative performance, and design efficiency across Moloco Studio’s ad creative output and collaborate closely with performance marketers, product managers, and data scientists to deliver high-performing campaigns at scale.
You will also help with creative project management, ideating new ad concepts, managing timelines, and ensuring quality across both internal and outsourced production pipelines. This role requires strong communication, creative judgment, and organizational skills as you brief and manage external vendors while continuously improving internal workflows. You will play a key role in developing scalable systems, piloting innovative creative formats, and identifying opportunities to evolve our team structure and creative strategy.

Minimum Qualifications
- 7 years of design experience in performance marketing, mobile gaming, or ad creative production (Video, Static, Playables)
- Proven experience managing projects from concept through delivery, with the ability to balance creative direction and executional detail
- Hands-on expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere)
- Experience collaborating with or managing third-party vendors or freelancers on video and interactive creative production
- Strong understanding of KPIs like IPM, ROAS, CTR, retention, and how they influence creative decisions
- A high-quality portfolio showcasing performance-oriented ad creatives (videos, playables, end cards, statics)
- Track record of driving creative outcomes through leadership, stakeholder alignment, and collaborative problem-solving

Qualifications

Reporting to the Game Art Director, you will earn the trust of players and collectors for Riftbound by leveraging your years of experience with high end print craft techniques and ensuring our visual experience embodies the craft, polish, and imagination players expect from Riot. We need a hands-on visual craftsperson who can bring consistency, clarity, and aspiration to every touchpoint allowing Riftbound to stand out in a crowded TCG market.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Game and Publishing Creative Art Directors as well as cross-disciplinary teams to translate ideas into visual reality, helping to guide the look and feel of our cards, packaging, marketing, and brand systems. You’ll set the standard for quality and cohesion, elevating both the product at the point of sale and the player experience from set ideation all the way until cards end up in players decks and binders.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Creative Leadership across Game and Publishing to ensure Riftbound's Creative Direction is world class in the TCG genre
- Visual Design
- Ideate and execute world class game and card UI visual design systems, including scalable icons, and typography standards that accommodate Global localization while honoring player experience.
- Oversee the Print Production Process for Cards, Packaging, and Accessories
- Apply deep knowledge of printing processes and materials to ensure final product quality meets visual standards
- Communicate with factories, at times in person for Print Checks, to align on specifications, push for optimal production methods, and resolve quality issues
- Evaluate and improve production workflows to ensure efficiency, consistency, and scalability
- Establish and monitor color and print tolerances across global print partners, including color targets, proofing standards, and press approval procedures.

Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years experience in the TCG and/or print industries
- Worked on shipped titles or sustained titles (‘evergreen’ projects, like LoL, MtG, Pokemon) with demonstrable experience in shipping physical product
- Strong practical CAD experience with an understanding of physical engineering and comfort working with die lines, die whites and printing specs
- A strong understanding of the print process for physical products and quality standards
- A keen visual eye with strong knowledge of design principals including an expert knowledge of typography, visual hierarchy, clarity and user experience
- Experience working with external vendors, printers and contract artists, giving thorough direction, and delivering timely, clear feedback
- Proficiency in video game development tools, pipelines, and workflows

What You Will Do
We are seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy and execution for an ambitious mobile game launching in China. This is a rare opportunity to shape the China-market presence.
As the senior-most marketing leader for this title in China, you will build and lead the local marketing function, working closely with our global teams, regional partners, and the IP holder to bring a world-class game to millions of players across China. This role will initially operate as an individual contributor, with the opportunity to build a small team over time as the project scales. While the role carries significant strategic responsibility, effective collaboration and alignment with the IP licensor are essential to success.
- Build and lead the China marketing function, establishing the strategic foundation for positioning, audience definition, and key messaging for this major IP-based mobile title.
- Develop and execute comprehensive China-market launch and live-ops strategies, leveraging local platforms, media channels, and community ecosystems to drive awareness, acquisition, and engagement.
- Create integrated, data-driven campaigns across brand, content, social, and performance marketing, ensuring clear KPIs, measurement frameworks, and ongoing optimization.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams—Product, Community, BD, Operations, Legal, and Communications—to ensure aligned, executable marketing plans grounded in product goals.

What We’re Looking For
- 10–12+ years of experience leading marketing strategy and teams for successful mobile F2P titles in China, especially live-service games.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English; strong cross-cultural communication skills.
- Deep understanding of China’s mobile gaming ecosystem, including UA, content marketing, social platforms, KOL strategy, agency management, and media optimization.
- Demonstrated success launching or scaling major games in China with measurable business impact.

The Role- PD Manager, Footwear
Responsibility:
● Development Timeline Ownership & Acceleration
Own and actively manage the day-to-day product development timeline across new products, color and size extensions, vendor transitions, and refreshes.

This role is accountable for the entire Insights ecosystem of WILD RIFT, ensuring that WILD RIFT is data-informed in all its domains (the core game experience, publishing and marketing efforts, esports experiences, interactions with internal and external partner organizations, etc.). The Insights team supports products through their entire lifecycle: from opportunity identification, product development, and post launch performance. This role emphasizes an analyst and researcher skillset as you will function as the craft lead for both. You’ll serve as a critical advisor for WILD RIFT’s leadership team and ensure Insights is well-positioned to advise and support them. You will report directly to the Executive Producer of Wild Rift.
Responsibilities:
Game Insights
- Support product ecosystem leadership by ensuring WILD RIFT products and strategies have impact effectively measured; contribute to a culture of continuous learning across WILD RIFT
- Partner with product ecosystem leadership, as well as Studio Insights leadership by giving input on strategic and product choices

Role: As Sr. Manager, Publishing Product Management – Wild Rift, you will report directly to the Director of Publishing Product Management for Wild Rift. You will lead a team of publishing product managers focused on growth, channel strategy, and lifecycle marketing. You will act as a bridge between global publishing leadership, regional publishing product leads, and cross-disciplinary teams across Riot and partners such as Tencent.
You will play a critical global role as the International Publishing Product Manager, partnering with regional teams to shape market strategies and drive operational excellence across our international publishing efforts. In addition, you will lead the strategy and execution of global brand and IP partnerships, creating collaborations that meaningfully enhance the player experience. You will also be a core contributor to the game’s moment strategy and product roadmap, helping to shape and deliver high-impact login events and engagement beats that resonate with players around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Building & Leadership
- Build and manage a high-performing team to drive player growth by developing core publishing capabilities in performance marketing, channel strategy, lifecycle product features.
- Lead, mentor, and support the career growth of your team while ensuring their work meets expected quality bars and discipline standards.
- Champion cross-discipline collaboration with Game Dev, Publishing, and Shared Services partners to deliver integrated, high-value outcomes for players.
International Publishing PM
- Partner with Regional Publishing Product Leads (RPPLs) to shape market strategies, business reviews, and cross-regional initiatives.
- Act as the connective tissue between regions and global publishing, ensuring alignment, scaling best practices, and driving operational excellence.
- Hold teams accountable to clear win conditions and ensure regional plans complement global campaigns while unlocking authentic local player engagement.
IP / Brand Partnerships
- Drive the strategy and execution of global brand and IP partnerships that elevate the Wild Rift player experience.
- Serve as the primary deal owner for external collaborations, from sourcing through execution.
- Work cross-functionally with Partnerships, Development, Brand, Creative, and regional teams (including Tencent) to align opportunities, ensure seamless execution, and maximize impact.
Collaborate with Game Teams
- Serve as a key publishing voice in game strategy discussions, ensuring that publishing insights are integrated into the broader game roadmap
- Be a core contributor to Wild Rift’s key moments strategy, defining and delivering high-impact login moments and engagement beats for players worldwide.
- Partner with Insights & Research teams to define publishing insights needs, with a focus on performance marketing and audience understanding to strengthen growth and lifecycle management.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in game publishing, product management, product marketing, or related fields in gaming or entertainment.
- Demonstrated success leading publishing strategy and execution in international or regional markets.
- Experience managing and mentoring teams, with a track record of fostering collaboration and delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Proven ability to develop and execute external brand/IP partnerships, from strategy through execution, in gaming or entertainment.
- Strong understanding of the global and mobile games landscape, including regional publishing dynamics, competition, and evolving player expectations.
- Hands-on experience working with first-party platforms and channels (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store) and understanding their requirements and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate across disciplines (Development, Brand, Creative, Insights) and with regional publishing partners (e.g., Tencent).
- Business fluency in both English and Mandarin.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product ownership role.
- Experience working directly with Tencent or other key publishing partners in Asia.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to connect player insights and research with actionable publishing strategies.
- Passion for MOBA games and deep familiarity with the Wild Rift/League of Legends ecosystem.

As a Senior Researcher, Wild Rift, you’ll join the Insights discipline – the group of researchers, analysts, data scientists, and strategists responsible for solving problems and executing analyses that enable Rioters to make difficult decisions with confidence. You’ll be part of an interdisciplinary team and work closely with Rioters from other disciplines (designers, artists, producers, etc.) to conduct studies and analyses that will inform the features, systems, and experiences of our products. Your applied or experimental research background coupled with your deep understanding of data will ensure that you’re an effective advocate for players and can provide strategic guidance about their wants, needs, and behaviors.
As a Senior Researcher reporting to the Insights Lead on Wild Rift, you will be working across the Dev team, supporting the development of Live Features as well as incubation projects. You will independently identify and execute on research opportunities to support the development of new features or improvement of existing systems -- from prototyping through launch and live service. This role emphasizes a user researcher skillset -- including surveys, player labs, and market research -- to define the “why” for live and incubating features. Responsibilities:
- Advise product teams by generating strategic frameworks and insights that guide the development of in-game and around game features for Wild Rift

Required Qualifications:
