Role Summary and Impact

As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for an Analytics manager who will:

• Develop and execute the analytics strategy aligned with overall business goals, identifying high-impact analytical opportunities. 

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of analytics professionals (Associates and Senior Associates). 

• Oversee multiple concurrent analytical projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business objectives and resource allocation. 

• Act as a primary point of contact for senior business stakeholders, understanding their challenges, translating them into analytical problems and presenting solutions. 

• Drive the adoption of advanced analytical techniques and cutting-edge tools to enhance team capabilities and efficiency. 

• Establish and monitor key metrics for team productivity and project success. 

Skills and Experience

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in analytics 

  Technical Skills: 

  • Expert in leading BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) for client reporting. 
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and data lakes and Alteryx or data transformation/processing in the cloud (e.g., Azure, GCP, Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Proven ability to influence and drive change through data. 
  • Reporting Structure: Reports to a Director or Senior Director of Analytics

Role Summary
Senior Analyst role is expected to support the broader analytics team in measuring and validating the effectiveness of paid media for channels including but not limited to, Linear TV, OTT, Social Activation, and Programmatic Activation, Audio, and OOH The Senior Analyst is expected to demonstrate the following skills/experience: strong grasp of  experimental design, specifically covering A/B testing for Brand Impact (brand lift studies) and performance (conversion lift studies). Hands-on skills in data management and data  visualization, quantitative data analysis, problem solving, statistical modeling, and the ability to  develop/analyze business cases. Strong ability to design, customize, and maintain platforms for contract management, business intelligence, and user access. Excellent oral and written communication skills, client focus and the ability to support and enable teamwork, self-motivated and able to operate independently with limited guidance and direction.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM-focused area such as Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics; a related field or equivalent professional work experience is 
required.
• 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience in analytics.
• Strong analytical abilities and quantitative skills.
• Advanced Google Sheets skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, building charts and graphs, etc.
• An understanding of Python and/or SQL (especially BigQuery/GCP) is helpful but not required.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI is a niceto-have.
• A background in statistical modeling (e.g., linear regression) is highly preferred.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other web analytics tools is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of media ad servers such as Google Campaign Manager or Meta CAPI would be preferred.
• Strong understanding of media metrics (e.g., buying models, CPV, VCR, GRP) and quantitative business measures.

• Data Pipeline Development: Support the design, development, and implementation of new data pipelines using GCP services like Data Fusion, Cloud Functions, and Dataproc to ingest data from a variety of sources. 
• SQL-Based Transformations: Author, execute, and optimize complex SQL joins and transformations within GCP BigQuery to clean, reshape, and structure raw data into high-quality, usable assets. 
• Data Modeling Support: Assist the senior engineering and analytics teams with data modeling and schema design, helping to implement the structures that support our BI and analytics use cases. 
• Pipeline Maintenance and Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance existing data pipelines to ensure data quality, reliability, and performance. 
• Collaboration and Implementation: Work as a key member of the engineering team to translate technical requirements into functional code and support the deployment of data solutions. 

• 2-4+ years of hands-on experience in a data engineering or similar role. 
• Strong, demonstrated proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and transformation is essential. 
• Hands-on programming experience with Python for data processing tasks. 
• Experience working within a major cloud environment (GCP is highly preferred; AWS, Azure are also valuable). 
• Experience working with complex, large-scale enterprise media data is a strong plus. 
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT principles and experience with data pipeline orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Data Fusion). 
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and database design. 
• A collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
