Sobre a vaga e missão do cargo
No seu dia a dia, você vai:
- Compreender a necessidade as áreas atendidas para desenhar soluções que atendam aos objetivos, automatizar e melhorar processos;
- Configuração e gestão de automações no Automation Studio e Journey Builder, incluindo rotinas de ingestão, transformação e envio de dados
- Gestão e manipulação de dados por meio de SQL avançado, trabalhando com Data Extensions e conjuntos de dados complexos.
- Integrações via API REST e SOAP, conectando o Marketing Cloud a sistemas externos como CRMs e plataformas web.
- Atuar em parceria com CRM, Marketing, Dados e outras áreas da TI para trabalhar no aprimoramento das interações com nossos clientes.
- Produzir documentações das soluções desenvolvidas;
- Ser responsável pela governança da plataforma, garantindo a aplicação de melhores práticas.
O que buscamos
Obrigatórios:
- Ensino Superior Completo em cursos das áreas de Tecnologia, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas afins;
- Disponibilidade para atuar no modelo presencial;
- Experiência na utilização do Salesforce Marketing Cloud, com domínio do Journey Builder e Automation Studio (API Event, Custom Activities, etc)
- Sólida experiência SSJS, SQL e integrações via API.
- Conhecimento em linguagens Ampscript/SQL/HTML/CSS;
- Ótimas habilidades de comunicação e capacidade de colaborar com equipes diversas
Desejáveis:
- Certificação Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Engagement Developer
- Conhecimento de Data Cloud e Marketing Cloud Personalization;
- Conhecimento em Sales Cloud, Service Cloud e Marketing Cloud Connect
- Inglês intermediário ou avançado

Recruiter (Contract Role)
Part Time Contract Recruiter - 100% Remote
Looking for a talented, high-energy Recruiter to assist in recruiting high-quality talent for our growing company. This is a part time role that is 100% remote!
What you will do:
The Corporate Recruiter will primarily recruit the best talent in the market through multiple means including networking, screening resumes, cold calling, etc. At times this role may involve managing outside agencies and additional HR responsibilities such as assisting with corporate training and employee development.
- Recruit candidates directly through multiple means: cold calling, networking, advertisements, job fairs, college campuses, and any other creative method to hire top talent. Continuous recruiting will be necessary at all times to ensure a continual pipeline of candidates in all departments to support future growth.
- Screen all candidates through HR system and maintain system daily to keep it up to date.
- Hire and manage search firms to recruit the best talent.
- Train all managers and executives on how to network for and recruit the best talent.
- Additional consulting responsibilities may include assisting in selection of new HR technology, corporate training and employee development, and compensation planning.
- Assist with updating HR policy.
About you:
- Minimum 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a solid performance track record
- Strong preference for candidates with a mix of agency and in-house (corporate) recruiting experience.
- Strong preference for candidates with at least one year of freelance or contract experience, particularly those who intend to pursue freelancing as a long-term career path.
- This position is expected to average 20–30 hours per week; however, hours will fluctuate based on business needs and are not guaranteed week to week.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Good computer skills

Transaction Coordinator
Transaction Coordinator
House Buyers of America is looking for a remote Transaction Coordinator to ensure all acquisitions and dispositions go to settlement in a timely manner. This position a contract role (no benefits included) requiring work to be done 8:30-5:30 EST Monday- Friday. The compensation range is $10-15/hr USD.
What you will do:
- Ensure acquisitions are processed in a timely manner to ensure properties get on market quickly
- Act as a dedicated representative to customers throughout the settlement process
- Review and enter contracts/settlement statements and ensure they are entered into our CRM properly
- Manage relationships with title companies and ensure that all settlements are being processed timely
- Assist with property marketing including ordering professional pictures, generating online listings, and staging properties
- Partner with the construction department to ensure all projects are completed prior to listing
- Assist House Buyers of America’s expansion into new geographic markets
About You:
- You have 2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry
- You have a High School Degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- You have great communication and computer skills (including Microsoft Office)
- You thrive on working in a fast-paced environment
