The opportunity:
This role is BANGKOK-BASED, RELOCATION PROVIDED. Principal Product Managers are analytical and data-driven individuals, who’re responsible for building products end-to-end focusing on analyzing and experimenting until our solutions are perfectly tailored to our travelers. As our next Product Leader, you will drive product strategy and partner closely with senior leadership cross-functionally to define, build, and deliver the best travel solutions.
You will get dedicated engineering resources that you, and only you define and allocate. We expect you to have a hands-on mentality and spend considerable time with your SCRUM teams, have enthusiasm to develop engineered processes and technologies and apply innovative solutions to make organizational improvements. Overview:
The focus of this role is on our white-label offering, partnering with our B2B partners to ensure they have the data and services to leverage the Agoda’s technological products on their platform and provide a better experience for our shared customers.
Agoda’s Senior Product Managers are responsible for defining the overall strategy and goals for Agoda’s various products, including the website, mobile applications and mobile website, email marketing, as well as advanced internal products and tools such as algorithmic PPC bidding systems and pricing software. SPMs drive the relentless innovation required to stay ahead in an extremely dynamic and competitive industry. SPMs create and maintain a product roadmap and will be responsible for communication with all stakeholders (business heads, marketing, developers, and senior management) to ensure that Agoda’s products continue to perform at the highest possible level and serve the needs of our many customer groups.
A Senior Product Manager will see the big picture and the small detail at the same time. He or she will understand the broad needs of the business, scan the competitive landscape in which their product operates, spot trends and technical developments and update the product roadmap as needed. At the same time, he or she will understand every detail of the product from design to functionality to usability. They will need to understand various eCommerce metrics and concepts very well – conversion, repeat rates, ROI, site performance metrics, bounce rates, return on investment, etc.
In summary, an Agoda Senior Product Manager can expect to work on the cutting edge of technology, data, digital marketing, algorithmic decision-making, and consumer psychology – all at a scale that very few eCommerce companies in the world today can offer.

The Production Deployments domain owns the end‑to‑end lifecycle of production services at Agoda—from initial deployment through operating, scaling, day‑to‑day management, and eventual retirement. This work spans more than a thousand services in production and includes deployment orchestration, private cloud runtime environments, service controls, and cost‑aware resource management. The domain is central to Agoda’s Production Excellence, balancing developer autonomy with the guardrails required for reliability, security, and efficiency at scale.
The Opportunity
As a Technical Product Manager for Production Deployments, you define and evolve the platforms that govern how services are deployed, operated, scaled, and managed in production. Technical Product Manager – ML & LLM Platforms
The Opportunity
Agoda is rapidly accelerating its AI transformation. Our ambition is to make ML and LLM application development fast, scalable, reliable, and increasingly autonomous.

Create our SaaS clients onboarding and client growth function, in terms of structure, processes and resources, building up a team in line with the growth of our business, for both EIQ SaaS and EIQ Market Insights. Specifically, this role will be doing: ● Plan all aspects of our SaaS client onboarding and client growth strategy in conjunction with all stakeholders. Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission ● Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution. Develop service procedures, policies and standards ● Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions. ● Able to Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports ● Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth ● Determine priorities to create structure and call out gaps based on client expectations and business impact ● Define every aspect of the client experience and work with all stakeholders to ensure that the clients’ and user experience is nothing less than perfect ● Work with each of the IQ Product Managers to identify opportunities to improve the SaaS experience of our products ● Work with the Product Marketing Manager, our training manager and each of the IQ Product Managers to build out the training material, user support material, onboarding and offboarding SOPs, etc. ● Work with the commercial teams to optimize our GTM strategy ● Define how we help our clients grow their ecommerce business across multiple channels faster on aCommerce than on any other platform, taking full advantage of our suite of products ● Work with the marketing teams to optimize our message and to acquire new, high-value clients. ● Work closely with the Client and Application Support teams ensure a flawless client and user experience ● Identify possible risks and take measures to prevent these and escalate if needed ● Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement ● Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets ● Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment |

The Opportunity
You will own and shape accounting across multiple countries in a fast-moving, global OTA — not just running the books but rethinking how accounting creates strategic value. Partner closely with business leaders, tax authorities, auditors, external advisors, and Agoda’s group brands to deliver timely reporting and enable new product and market launches across multiple legal entities.

As an Indirect Tax Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to work in Bangkok for Agoda Services Co. Ltd. You will be part of a broader tax advisory team that is rapidly growing in light of the changing tax landscape for digital services. As a Finance Systems Product Manager / Senior Specialist (Tax Technology), you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and ongoing operation of Agoda’s tax technology stack, with a strong focus on indirect tax engines and compliance enablement.
Based in Bangkok with Agoda Services Co. Ltd, this role reports to the Tax Data & Technology Associate Director and is part of a Tax organization that is rapidly expanding to support the evolving global tax landscape for digital services. While the role applies product‑management principles (such as requirements definition, solution design, and lifecycle ownership), it is not part of Agoda’s core Product organization. The Opportunity:
As an Indirect Tax Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to work in Bangkok for Agoda Services Co. Ltd. You will be part of a broader tax advisory team that is rapidly growing in light of the changing tax landscape for digital services. While being part of the broader Tax and Finance team (more than 300 professionals) you will also work closely with the Product, Commercial and Legal teams.
The aim of this position is to manage global tax advisory matters related to VAT, sales tax, GST and other indirect taxes for Agoda, including the compliance with tax regulations across the globe, with special focus on relationship and transactions with Strategic Partners in a fast‑evolving business environment. You will have end-to-end responsibility for your own projects from scoping the challenge (incl. budgeting) to the overall solution (execution and implementation), including stakeholder management and relationships with our tax advisors. While this role remains very hands-on, you will also be expected to contribute to the long-term vision of the tax team and to share your tax technical expertise with the broader team to support their growth.
This role involves interaction with our Senior Leadership Team, US parent company, sister brands, international offices, business managers, functional teams, IT and other finance and legal colleagues. Due to rapid growth of the organization, the tasks and duties of this role may evolve over time. Process Improvement & Transformation:
Analyze, design, and implement process improvements across finance operations (AP, AR, GL, payments, reconciliations, etc.) to drive efficiency, accuracy, and business value. Skilled at creating Excel macros to automate processes is preferred
Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Role summary
Agoda is looking for a strategic, data-driven leader to steer our global marketing investments. In this role, you aren’t just spending a budget; you are managing a global P&L. You will bridge the gap between high-level financial targets and granular marketing execution, ensuring every dollar spent maximizes long-term profitability. You will define our global market strategy, own our Lifetime Value (LTV) frameworks, and lead a high-performing team to outpace the competition in a high-velocity travel market.
This position grants you a "seat at the table" for Agoda’s most critical commercial decisions. You will use machine learning and predictive analytics to solve the "game theory" of the online travel industry, where pricing and loyalty change by the hour.

The Supply Analytics team delivers data-driven insights and decision support to optimize Agoda’s supply ecosystem. We analyze partner and marketplace dynamics, build forecasts and models, run experiments, and create scalable dashboards and data products that power strategic direction and operational execution. We bring value through rigorous analyses and pragmatic, measurable recommendations that help Supply, Product and other teams prioritize work and drive impact. Our work improves inventory quality, partner economics, and the long-term health and growth of Agoda.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to lead strategic and operational initiatives that create both growth and efficiency for the Supply department. In this role, you will work directly with multiple stakeholders, including executive leadership and various cross-functional departments to successfully implement key initiatives. You will impact Agoda's business through exploring new business opportunities, analyzing complex scaling challenges, and improve existing operations.

We are looking for a Project Manager to help us transform ecommerce for brands and retailers in SE Asia.
As a Project Manager you will work with aCommerce and client’s Technology and Business teams as well as aCommerce’s vendors to facilitate project execution and delivery to meet business goals, timeline and budget.
You must understand the client’s requirements and client’s platform in technical detail to drive system integration with the aCommerce platform mainly in Order and Warehouse Management integration. You will be the key contact person for the client, vendor and internal aCommerce for technical aspects along the project including requirements, plan, resources, issues until the project rolls out and goes to maintenance.
