The Opportunity:
As Area Manager, your main objectives will be to develop and execute an area-level or segment-level strategy, based on data and market knowledge, and to drive significant business growth. You will also be responsible for providing guidance and leadership to account management teams and for delivering targets and growth expectations that form a key part of Agoda’s business goals. In this Role, you'll get to:
Lead the implementation of market strategy in Thailand.
Lead, inspire, coach and develop teams to grow our local business.
Implement strategies with top partners to enhance productivity and opportunities to maintain a competitive advantage.
Deliver on country commercial and profitability targets.
Work with market leadership on strategic planning and establishing objectives. Develop KPIs to drive strategic priorities.
Develop and own relationships with key decision makers at hotels, technology partners and other local or regional partners.
Be a champion for the team. Pitch new ideas backed by business case, recommend changes and/or request additional support for commercial improvements.
Attend and participate in relevant industry events.
What you'll Need to Succeed:
More than 6 years of professional experience
Proven strong leadership skills, team leader and team player is a must
Past success in mentoring and building results-oriented and solutions-focused teams that cater to strong team dynamics and collaboration as well as long-term partner relationships
Relevant sales, business development or general management experience
Deep numerical and analytical skills and attention to details
Strong communications skills to articulate direction, value proposition and recommended solutions to both external partners and internal stakeholders
A curious mindset, energized by and adapt well to changes
Be creative and innovative
Professional “get it done” attitude and work ethic
Experience in e-commerce, online or tech business preferred
Fluency in English is required

This role goes beyond core accounting to also own treasury, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and finance operations, making sure cash, controls, and reporting all run smoothly. With the growth of our Android app, being the most used text-to-speech app in the Play Store, we find the need for a Senior Android Engineer to help us support the new user base as well as work on new and exciting projects to push us forward.

The Opportunity:
The key objectives of Strategic Partnerships Centre of Excellence are to ideate, scope, create and implement new initiatives, commercial programs or operational processes tailored to enable our commercial and technical account management teams to grow performance partners portfolio, covering multiple geographies and types – from third-party accommodation suppliers (Bedbanks, DMCs, wholesalers and others) to b2b API accommodation buyers (OTAs and travel platforms, travel agents networks, airline and other businesses managing their trave funnels).
You will join a Travel Distribution core team in Bangkok and collaborate with our account management teams as well as stakeholders in tech, finance, supply, marketing and legal teams to drive complex projects.

Key Responsibilities
Process Improvement & Transformation:
Analyze, design, and implement process improvements across finance operations (AP, AR, GL, payments, reconciliations, etc.) to drive efficiency, accuracy, and business value. Be comfortable in executing VSMs and Kaizens independently. Be conversant with the latest trends in process improvement leveraging AI/ML and GenAI
Data Analysis & Insights:
Leverage data analytics to identify trends, root causes (using lean methods), and improvement opportunities. Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and process health.
Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement:
Support and/or lead cross-functional projects with finance, product, tech and business teams independently, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and effective stakeholder communication.
Automation & Technology Enablement:
Create macro-based solutions and/or collaborate with technology teams to automate manual processes using RPA, workflow tools, and other digital solutions.
Documentation & Training:
Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance. Be conversant with BPMN standards & tools of process documentation
Quality & Controls:
Identify and support the implementation of internal controls and quality assurance measures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Technical & Functional Skills
Experience with process mapping, process reengineering, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
Solid understanding of finance operations processes (OTC, PTP and RTR). Experience as a User of these processes is a plus.
Strong analytical skills; ability to work with large datasets, perform detailed root cause analysis, and generate actionable insights and improvement plans.
Skilled at creating Excel macros to automate processes is preferred
Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Familiarity with finance systems (ERP, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and automation tools (RPA, Alteryx, UiPath, etc.) is highly desirable.
Behavioral Attributes
Strong problem-solving mindset with a continuous improvement orientation.
Excellent communication, articulation and interpersonal skills; able to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Purpose of the role
The WFM Senior Schedule Planner (Senior SP)/ Schedule Planner operates as senior level role within CEG’s WFM Schedule Planning team, with responsibilities in creating and publishing accurate agent and Team Manager schedules.
The Senior SP/Schedule Planner will organize schedules to optimize balanced SLA delivery and comply with legal and operations constraints. This role also has responsibilities in BAU schedule activities, such as shift assignment, training, meeting and coaching as well as JIRA ticket requests, for agent pull-out. This role is also a ‘subject matter expert’ in Verint setup and maintain Verint profile.
As a senior role in the schedule planning team, the senior SP/Schedule Planner is a support to the WFM management team. The senior SP also provide coaching to team members, as well as leading projects and task.

The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Senior Program Manager / Principal Program Manager (level of individual candidates to be determined as part of interview process based on experience and fit) to lead strategic as well as tactical cross-functional initiatives across the organization, including but not limited to covering Accounting and Finance Operations (e.g., AP, AR, Credit Risk, Accounting, Collections and other cross functional initiatives). This role requires a delivery leader who can manage and present to stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives, and has sufficient finance and accounting knowledge to translate strategies and problems into clear, actionable plans—driving clarity, alignment, and measurable outcomes across workstreams.
In This Role, You Will:
Lead end-to-end delivery of controllership, finance operations and other initiatives: scoping, planning, execution, change management, and post-implementation tracking.
Build and maintain actionable plans with clear milestones, dependencies, owners, and governance cadences - supporting owners to unblock issues and keeping delivery on track.
Drive program discipline: clear business requirements, decision logs, timelines, and measurable success metrics.
Act as the central point of alignment across teams—identify misalignment early, facilitate decisions, and ensure timely escalation when needed.
Partner with teams outside Finance (Product, IT, Legal, Commercial) to design and implement end-to-end solutions as needed.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
8+ years in program management or project management, preferably in consulting or finance transformation environments.
Strong problem-solving skills; comfortable structuring ambiguous strategies and/or problems into executable plans.
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and manage complex stakeholder environments across multiple teams.
Proven experience producing and presenting executive-level communications (e.g. steering committees, senior leadership updates).
Sound working knowledge of accounting and finance operations concepts.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in relevant industries such as travel tech, e-commerce and fintech is a plus.
Experience with finance transformation, controllership operations or large-scale process redesign.

About the Department
The Collections Department plays a key role in maintaining Agoda’s financial health by ensuring timely and accurate recovery of outstanding receivables. The team manages the end‑to‑end collections cycle, covering billing and invoicing, payment mapping, credit management, collections follow‑ups, cash application, and account reconciliations.
We collaborate closely with Finance, Billing, Operations, Customer Service, and Supply teams to resolve discrepancies, support partners, and maintain accurate financial records. The department also works with product and tech teams to enhance tools, streamline workflows, and drive automation.
In addition to daily operations, the team supports strong working‑capital management by monitoring AR performance, identifying risks early, and driving initiatives to reduce overdue balances. With a data‑driven and process‑focused approach, the Collections team continuously seeks opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and support Agoda’s scalable growth.
About the Role
As Assistant Manager/ Manager, you oversee key collection activities to ensure timely recovery of receivables and maintain high process accuracy. You coach and support a team of Collection Officers/Analysts, work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing and payment issues and ensure consistent adherence to Agoda’s financial and compliance standards.
You will help identify operational gaps, support improvements to SOPs and workflows, and contribute to system enhancements in collaboration with product and tech teams. The role also plays an important part in maintaining healthy cash flow by monitoring AR health, ensuring timely follow‑ups, and supporting initiatives to reduce overdue balances.

The Opportunity

Agoda’s Finance Operations Excellence is seeking an Assistant Manager/Senior Specialist to help us reimagine and optimize our finance processes. You will play a key role in identifying improvement opportunities, implementing best-in-class solutions, and supporting our journey towards building a world-class finance operations center.
Key Responsibilities
Process Improvement & Transformation:
Analyze, design, and implement process improvements across finance operations (AP, AR, GL, payments, reconciliations, etc.) to drive efficiency, accuracy, and business value. Be comfortable in executing VSMs and Kaizens independently. Be conversant with the latest trends in process improvement leveraging AI/ML and GenAI
Data Analysis & Insights:
Leverage data analytics to identify trends, root causes (using lean methods), and improvement opportunities. Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and process health.
Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement:
Support and/or lead cross-functional projects with finance, product, tech and business teams independently, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and effective stakeholder communication.
Automation & Technology Enablement:
Create macro-based solutions and/or collaborate with technology teams to automate manual processes using RPA, workflow tools, and other digital solutions.
Documentation & Training:
Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance. Be conversant with BPMN standards & tools of process documentation
Quality & Controls:
Identify and support the implementation of internal controls and quality assurance measures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Technical & Functional Skills
Experience with process mapping, process reengineering, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
Solid understanding of finance operations processes (OTC, PTP and RTR). Experience as a User of these processes is a plus.
Strong analytical skills; ability to work with large datasets, perform detailed root cause analysis, and generate actionable insights and improvement plans.
Skilled at creating Excel macros to automate processes is preferred
Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Familiarity with finance systems (ERP, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and automation tools (RPA, Alteryx, UiPath, etc.) is highly desirable.
Behavioral Attributes
Strong problem-solving mindset with a continuous improvement orientation.
Excellent communication, articulation and interpersonal skills; able to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in driving improvements in finance operations
Experience in a tech or e-commerce environment is an advantage.
Professional certifications (CA, PMP, CPA, etc.) are a plus.

The Supply Analytics team delivers data-driven insights and decision support to optimize Agoda’s supply ecosystem. We analyze partner and marketplace dynamics, build forecasts and models, run experiments, and create scalable dashboards and data products that power strategic direction and operational execution. We bring value through rigorous analyses and pragmatic, measurable recommendations that help Supply, Product and other teams prioritize work and drive impact. Our work improves inventory quality, partner economics, and the long-term health and growth of Agoda.
The Opportunity:
As a Lead Analyst, you will report directly to either the Senior Manager or Associate Director within the Supply Department and this will be an individual contributor role. You will be responsible and fully empowered to work with the partners on the ground. You will be supported by a team within the Supply department and work closely with other Team members within Agoda.

The Full Stack Engineering Department builds the Agoda web and app products. We have several teams in front-end focusing on different aspects of our products including accommodations, flights, payments, marketing, post-booking services, and more. Agoda’s marketplace is the world. We build localized and optimized user experiences at scale on every major internet platform. These include our mobile websites, native apps, and desktop sites. We hire people from around the world who have a passion for using technology to create and implement the best user experiences. Our teams work on the full stack and build end-to-end systems including user interfaces, APIs, backend systems, and database systems. Our products are always evolving and under experimentation. We accomplish this by having an amazing degree of automation, CI/CD systems, and use a modularized approach. Lead engineer is the key role in our technology organization working together with individual contributors and senior leadership. Our Lead engineers are heavily involved in the hiring and mentoring process and are the go-to people who design and implement new systems and components. We are looking for people who are passionate to take on more responsibility and driving major architectural changes in Agoda. It’s expected from you in this role as Staff engineer to push Agoda forward technically by adopting new technologies and setting higher standards.

The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Content Strategy & Insights Manager to lead how we use data to tell stories that drive partner engagement and commercial outcomes.
This is not a traditional content creation role. You will work with senior stakeholders across commercial, product, and regional teams to identify what data and insights partners need to hear and shape that into content and product marketing strategy that moves them to act. Whether that means deepening an existing partner's engagement with Agoda or making the case a prospective one, the goal is the same: turn data into a narrative that drives a commercial result.

Role summary
Agoda is looking for a strategic, data-driven leader to steer our global marketing investments. In this role, you aren’t just spending a budget; you are managing a global P&L. You will bridge the gap between high-level financial targets and granular marketing execution, ensuring every dollar spent maximizes long-term profitability. You will define our global market strategy, own our Lifetime Value (LTV) frameworks, and lead a high-performing team to outpace the competition in a high-velocity travel market.
