Roku’s Voice Team aims to develop the best voice system for TV. We enable users to perform tasks hands-free using voice, such as searching for movies or turning on their TV and launching content. Multiple languages are supported, and our technology also enables Roku’s IOT devices to be controlled by voice.
The Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) for Roku Voice will own the planning and execution of complex, cross‑functional programs that deliver high‑quality voice features and infrastructure at scale. You will be the central coordination point across Voice Engineering, UX, PM, Analytics, QA, and external partners, ensuring that priorities are clear, roadmaps are realistic, and launches are smooth.

This role is designed for a practitioner who has built, operated, and scaled personalization programs in production, and who also brings the hands-on technical skills required to implement those programs in modern, composable architectures.
This is not a generalist Solution Architect role with light exposure to personalization. Success in this role requires strong opinions and real-world experience across audience strategy, decisioning, experimentation, and measurement—paired with the ability to design and deliver high-quality technical implementations using Contentful Personalization.
You will work directly with customer engineering, product, and marketing teams to design and implement advanced personalization and experimentation solutions, while also serving as a customer-facing extension of Contentful’s Product and Engineering teams. Your work will help reduce implementation risk, accelerate time to value, and create tighter feedback loops into product development—specifically for complex personalization use cases.

Salary Range:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $150,000 and $200,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.

Our Digital IC Design Engineer will be responsible for delivering micro-architecture and register-transfer level (RTL) implementation of digital IPs and systems with a focus in high-throughput low-power digital signal processor (DSP) and general-purpose hardware accelerators towards realizing state-of-the-art brain-computer interfaces. Relevant product development experience in micro-architecture design for low-power processors, on-chip bus and network interfaces, audio/video compression processors, AI/ML accelerators, and communication PHY/MAC will be preferred.
