Credence has an immediate opening for an Electronic Warfare and Research Intelligence Agent at the Senior level supporting AFLCMC/WAX at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.

The Plans and Programs Division supports the modernization and sustainment of Fighter and Advanced Aircraft (F&AA) capabilities for the U.S. Air Force and coalition partners. The division manages capability planning, technology integration, program oversight, and cross-functional processes—including airworthiness, configuration management, system safety, and cybersecurity—from concept through fielding. It also develops future capability roadmaps in collaboration with Air Force Major Commands (MAJCOMs) and other key stakeholders.

  • The Electronic Warfare and Research Intelligence Agent shall serve as an Electronic Warfare (EW) analyst, with particular emphasis in the fusion of intelligence and EW threat information into the integration of radar, Electronic Warfare (EW), and other Fighters & Advanced Aircraft capabilities.
  • Perform analyses (including requirement analyses), and system capacity analysis, investigate alternative solutions and architecture trade-offs, make assessments, support operations concept development, and document results. The Contractor shall assist in reviewing and/or developing draft systems intelligence and programmatic documents in support of milestone reviews and events and as directed.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, TIMs, technical reviews, interface control working group meetings, and other meetings as directed.
  • Support hardware/software development and related system ground and flight test activities such as but not limited to: hardware in-the-loop, subsystem integration labs, DT, and IOT&E related activities.
  • Knowledge of radar and electronic warfare theory and principles, intelligence processes and tradecraft, and an understanding of the radar design, development, and implementation process is required. Expected activities include, but are not limited to: providing technical advice, serving as the technical interface between the Government customers and the radar & system manufacturers, interacting with customers, participating in meetings, and producing technical detailed products.
  • Perform technical activities associated with radar waveforms and signal and data processing techniques that provide robust performance in EMI, electronic counter-measure, multipath, ducting, and clutter environments. These activities may include, but not limited to: phased array and active aperture antennas, adaptive array processing, digital beam forming, klystron and solid state transmitter technologies, receiver and transmitters stability issues, advanced analog-to-digital (A/D) technology, EMI, EW, digital signal processing including Moving Target Indication (MTI), pulse Doppler, monopulse, imaging, and adaptive techniques, Clutter Map Constant False Alarm Rates, clutter maps, and timing issues.
  • Assist in accomplishing data processing including centroiding, tracker, timing issues, data loading issues, software; interfaces to combat system and/or automation systems including required data, quantity of data, data merging and integration.
  • Assist in accomplishing modeling/simulation of radar, targets, and clutter/weather; testing and evaluation of radar system performance including developing test plans and procedures, witnessing tests, and writing test reports for qualification testing, operational field testing, and factory system-level testing.
  • Possess a TS-SCI clearance with a current Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI); interim or outdated investigations are not acceptable. 
  • The Contractor shall provide the following general support for AFLCMC/WA:
  • Attend meetings;
  • Prepare/present briefings, graphics, and visuals for/to leadership and customers;
  • Prepare security paperwork (e.g. DD Form 2875, Communications Security (COMSEC) inspection criteria);
  • Assist in access control and perform escort duties for VTC, briefing, and other visitors;
  • Answer telephones and other modes of administrative communications in the performance of duties;
  • Perform self-inspections; identify security discrepancies, and report security incidents;
  • Support security inspections; identify security discrepancies, assist in report preparation;
  • Perform courier responsibilities within the local area;
  • Control program media and information within AFMC security guidelines, and
  • Populate and update databases (e.g., suspense tracking, personnel access, facility, JWICS system, SharePoint) in the performance of duties assigned.
  • open/close privileges within the secure compartmented intel facilities (SCIFs)
  • While supporting the AFLCMC/WA Directorate, the Contractor shall handle JWICS communications to ensure that cognizant parties are informed and that appropriate responses are prepared, coordinated and communicated while maintaining the appropriate security disciplines. Tasks include but, are not limited to:
  • Support in the proper handling to include preparation and tracking of physical classified products entering or leaving the facility;
  • Planning, formulation, editing, development, publication, and storage of Special Access Program (SAP) and TS/SCI products;
  • Support meetings and events attended or hosted by the Director of Intelligence (DoI), Senior Intelligence Analyst (SIA), and Acquisition Intelligence Analysts (AIA) on an as-required basis;
  • Develop, maintain and modify schedules and calendars as required on multi-level security systems;
  • Use updated Security Classification Guide (SCG), or other source documents, to perform classification reviews on all JWICS, SIPR, and NIPR documentation ensuring proper derivative classification on all documents encountered during performance of duties, and;
  • Support of administrative tasks as necessary to support acquisition and operations functions.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a related field and ten years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, five years of which must be in the DoD
  • OR, Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five of which must be in the DoD
  • OR, 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight of which must be in the DoD.
  • Personnel shall maintain their required clearance throughout the contract period of performance to provide support for multiple tasks and meetings at various classification levels.
