Help Shape the Next Generation of Soccer Stars Coaches

Soccer Stars El Paso is looking for an organized, dependable, and people-focused leader to oversee our recreational youth soccer programs throughout the city.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children but is ready to take on a leadership role by mentoring coaches, supporting families, and ensuring every class reflects the high standards of the Soccer Stars experience.

As a Youth Program Supervisor, you will visit multiple program locations, observe classes, support coaches, ensure curriculum quality, assist families, and help create an exceptional experience for every child who participates in our programs.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys being in the field, developing people, solving problems, and making a positive impact on children, families, and coaches.

This role requires exceptional reliability, punctuality, and communication. As the on-site leader, you will be expected to arrive before the coaching staff to ensure every program is ready to begin on time and remain on-site until the final class has concluded. Your leadership sets the tone for the entire team.

This is a leadership role, not simply a coaching position. Success in this role requires initiative, professionalism, exceptional communication, and the ability to solve problems independently while keeping leadership informed.

  • Communicate staffing, scheduling, and program needs promptly so issues can be addressed before they impact families or coaches
  • Assist with coach onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development
  • Help maintain Soccer Stars' high standards of professionalism, customer service, and program quality

About Super Soccer Stars

For over 20 years, Soccer Stars has been the premier youth educational soccer program throughout the country. Across 16+ states, we use the soccer ball as a vehicle to help children not only improve their soccer skills, but develop self-confidence and physical literacy, improve gross motor skills, and hone socialization skills. Dynamic coaches work with small groups of children to develop skills and teamwork in a fun, non-competitive, educational environment, reaching over 100,000 participants each year.

Our best-in-class curriculum uses positive reinforcement and a low child-to-coach ratio to make sure each child feels confident in their own abilities, allowing kids to improve at their own rate. No matter their age, Soccer Stars has specific and progressive lesson plans built to every child’s developmental needs.

This crib-to-college player pathway includes a Parent & Me pre-soccer movement program starting at 12 months, the original FUN with FUNdamentals Super Soccer Stars program, and an advanced development and competitive play program with Soccer Stars United, up to U18. Take part in classes, camps, private groups, afterschool enrichment, birthday parties, team training, and more!
