β¨ Greeting pets and their humans like the VIPs they are
π Scheduling appointments + handling calls without breaking a sweat
π Keeping the clinic organized and running smoothly
π¬ Helping pet parents with questions, concerns, and the occasional βmy dog ate WHAT?β moment
πΎ Providing calm vibes to nervous pups (and sometimes their people)
π§ What Weβre Looking For
- At least 1 - 2 years experience of veterinary medicine experience (required)Β
- You genuinely love animalsΒ and people
- Youβre a strong communicator (in person + on the phone)
- Bi-lingual (not required but strongly recommended)Β
- Can work on a rotating Saturday scheduleΒ
- Someone who is looking to work 25 - 30 hours.
- You can multitask without spiraling
- You bring positive energy, even on busy days
