We are looking for a Trade Marketing Lead with a strong focus on planning and execution of key marketing initiatives. This role will collaborate with creative, digital, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, aligned with business goals, and executed efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and able to translate marketing strategies into clear plans and actionable timelines.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems, and can manage multiple priorities at once.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 3–6 years of experience as a Marketing Project Manager, Marketing Operations Manager, Trade Marketing or similar role.
  • Proven track record of leading marketing teams of at least 5 people.
  • Proficiency in project management tools: Jira (required), Asana, Notion, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing workflows: paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, content, and social media.
  • Hands-on experience with agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid frameworks.
  • Experience with analytics tools: Google Analytics, Looker, Data Studio, or similar.

Qualifications:

  • Focus & prioritization: ability to maintain clarity and make crisp decisions in high-ambiguity, multi-project environments.
  • Analytical thinking: data-driven decision making, pattern recognition, and generation of actionable insights.
  • Inspiring leadership: ability to motivate, develop, and retain talent within high-performance teams.
  • Effective communication in both English and Spanish, written and spoken, with technical and executive audiences.
  • Results obsession: a healthy drive for measurable impact on every initiative.
  • Change management: adaptability and resilience in fast-growth environments with frequent strategic pivots.
