Senior Buyer - Optimizing the Core of Veo’s Global Supply Chain

Do you thrive on solving the puzzle of global electronics procurement? Can you keep inventory lean while making sure production never skips a beat?

At Veo Technologies, we are scaling fast. And as we grow from a high-growth tech startup into a
mature global player, we are looking for a Senior Buyer with sharp analytical instincts and a genuinely international outlook.

The Role: As Senior Buyer, you'll own the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for our advanced hardware components. You will work closely with our R&D and Production teams to ensure we have the best suppliers on board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply continuity: Own the forecasting and procurement of electronics and mechanical parts, with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Optimization: Use data to manage stock levels, ensuring we move faster together
without over-investing in inventory. Reviewing current processes and implementing new ones - if
    needed
  • Supplier Management: Conduct international supplier visits and audits to ensure quality and
capacity to cope with the volatile global market
  • Cross-functional coordination: Work closely with R&D, Production, and Finance to keep the supply chain setup optimized - with real influence over how the work gets done.
  • Your Profile:

  • Experience: Preferred 5 years of experience in a technical purchasing or buyer role.
  • Industry: Strong preference for candidates from the Electronics or High-Tech Hardware
    industry.
  • Global outlook: Proven experience working with suppliers across Asia and Europe, and comfortable traveling regularly to build strong partnerships.
  • Data-Driven: You are an expert at working with forecasts and ERP systems to optimize
inventory in a dynamic setup with changing priorities
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Supplier OTIF (On-Time In-Full): Monitoring delivery reliability to prevent production stops.
  • Inventory Turns / Optimization: Balancing stock levels to avoid capital tie-up while ensuring
    100% production uptime.
  • PPV (Purchase Price Variance): Measuring the ability to maintain or reduce component
    costs against the standard budget.
  • Forecast Accuracy: How well supplier orders align with actual production demand.
  • Continuous Improvement: Deliver agreed annual improvements in procurement processes, planning tools, and operational efficiency that increase scalability and support business growth

  • Our Copenhagen office mirrors our innovative technology – with an indoor ball court, rooftop terrace, and well-equipped gym. We have created a facility that supports connecting disciplines across the business, facilitates creative thinking, and gives the space to engage with colleagues, our global partners, and the entire Veo community.

    Values we hold at Veo:

    outcomes.
