  • Collaborate closely with Artists, Designers, Engineers, Producers, and QA to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and production challenges.
  • Develop and maintain editor tools, automation scripts, and pipeline improvements that accelerate production and improve team efficiency.
  • Ensure assets follow naming conventions, folder structures, version control practices, and production guidelines.
  • Estimate tasks accurately, communicate progress proactively, and deliver high quality work within sprint timelines.
  • Support content production by balancing visual quality, technical performance, and development efficiency.
What You Bring
  • 1 to 2 years of experience as a Technical Artist or a similar role in Unity game development.
  • Strong understanding of Unity, including Prefabs, Animation, UGUI, Materials, Lighting, Rendering, and Particle Systems.
  • Experience implementing UI and gameplay content within Unity.

  • Experience developing tools and workflow automation using C# and/or Python.
  • Proficiency with Unity, Autodesk Maya, Adobe Photoshop and Visual Studio.
  • Experience using version control systems such as Perforce and Git.
  • Familiarity with Unity Profiler, Frame Debugger, and other performance analysis tools.
  • Solid understanding of asset pipelines, 3D fundamentals, shaders, materials, and VFX implementation.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across Art, Design, Engineering, Production, and QA teams.
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem solving skills and a passion for creating high quality mobile game experiences.
  • Experience working on live service or LiveOps mobile games.
  • Experience with legacy NGUI systems(good to have).
  • Experience creating custom Unity Editor tools(good to have).
  • Familiarity with Asset Bundles or Addressables(good to have).
