About Peec AI

Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.

We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, past $10M ARR, with a 80+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our new New York office.

What You'll Do

• Own recruiting end-to-end while building a high-performing Talent function

• Partner closely with hiring managers to drive hiring velocity, proactively managing the funnel, unblocking bottlenecks, and pushing decisions forward

• Build strong, high-signal pipelines fast, using creative and unconventional sourcing strategies that go far beyond LinkedIn Recruiter

• Plan and run standout recruiting and employer branding events that attract top talent

• Lead by example: hands-on in the funnel, ready to personally own critical or overflow searches when the team needs the help

• Combine hands-on recruiting with the systems thinking to scale a TA function - continue to develop the team, set strategy, and leave behind repeatable process

What We're Looking For

• Experience leading or helping scale talent acquisition at a high-growth tech company through hypergrowth (e.g. sub-50 to 150+ employees)

• An exceptionally creative and proactive sourcer, with a deep understanding of excellence, able to identify the top 1% of talent

• Proven experience designing and running structured hiring processes at pace, coordinating hiring managers and stakeholders, closing top-tier talent, and operating a modern recruiting stack (e.g. Ashby, Metaview, Juicebox)

Bonus Points

• Experience at a top-tier recruiting agency, especially in highly competitive markets

• Experience running standout employer branding or recruiting events

• Previous involvement in building a recruiting function
