About this Strategic Finance Manager role at MLabs

Key Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Build and maintain consolidated financial models for the organization and its legal entities, including detailed business-line forecasts.
- Planning & Execution: Drive budgeting, quarterly re-forecast cycles, long-term planning, and monthly management reporting across the organization.
- Performance Analysis: Evaluate financial and operational results, identify key trends and variances, and deliver actionable recommendations to management.
- Scenario & Sensitivity Analysis: Conduct deep-dive scenario modeling around core business drivers, including digital asset circulation growth, reserve yields, and changing interest rate environments.
- Strategic Growth Support: Develop quantitative business cases and financial analyses to evaluate new products, commercial partnerships, and strategic expansion opportunities.
- Executive Reporting: Prepare monthly financial packages, executive KPI dashboards, and ad-hoc strategic analyses for senior leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Accounting, Risk, and Operations teams to monitor and forecast regulatory capital ratios, liquidity positions, and financial metrics for regulated entities.
- Process Scale: Establish scalable FP&A frameworks, reporting structures, and financial controls to support ongoing global expansion.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5–7 years of progressive experience within FP&A, Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting.
- Domain Expertise: Prior experience within fintech, payments, banking, digital assets, or regulated financial services is required.
- Technical Skills: Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities, with a proven track record of building complex operating, capital, and scenario models from scratch.
- Strategic Execution: Demonstrated experience preparing budgets, forecasts, strategic business cases, and executive-level financial presentations.
- Problem-Solving: Strong quantitative aptitude with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable executive insights.
