Devsinc is seeking highly motivated Fresh Graduates to launch their careers as Software Engineering Interns, gaining hands-on industry experience while working alongside experienced engineers on real-world, enterprise-scale software solutions.
This internship provides an exceptional opportunity to build practical experience across Python/Django, MERN Stack, Ruby on Rails (RoR), OpenStack and Full-Stack while contributing to impactful projects in a collaborative, fast-paced engineering environment. As an intern, you will gain exposure to the complete software development lifecycle, modern engineering practices, and industry-standard tools and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications, backend services, and software solutions.
- Collaborate with experienced software engineers to deliver high-quality features and contribute to real-world projects.
- Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code while following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects to improve application performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Participate actively in code reviews, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile/Scrum development activities.
- Learn and work with modern programming languages, frameworks, databases, development tools, and version control systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field from a well-reputed HEC-recognized university (Fresh Graduates Only).
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA), Database Management Systems (DBMS), and software development fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of at least one of the following technologies: Python/Django, MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), Ruby on Rails (RoR), or OpenStack.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub, REST APIs, version control, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Academic or personal projects demonstrating programming, software development, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of cloud technologies, Linux, virtualization, or containerization is an added advantage, particularly for OpenStack applicants.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced engineering environment.
