  • Configure user roles, permissions, and access control mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Integrate applications with external systems and services using APIs and standard protocols.
  • Utilize Git and modern development practices for version control and collaboration.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of projects from requirements analysis through deployment and support.
  • Continuously explore new technologies and best practices to improve solution quality and delivery speed.

Requirements

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.

  • Interest in software architecture and system design.
  • Familiarity with version control concepts (Git).
  • Understanding of role-based access control and application security fundamentals.
  • Ability to analyze customer processes and translate them into software requirements.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Initiative, accountability, and ownership mentality.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and development approaches.

Nice to Have

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
  • Experience with Mendix, Microsoft Power Platform, or other low-code platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and modern application architectures.
  • Technical knowledge of generative AI, ML and data processing.
  • Basic knowledge of industrial automation environments.
  • Understanding of communication and integration protocols.
  • Previous experience in software development, solution design, or business application development.

Benefits

    • Competitive full-time salary, according to the job role, qualifications, and experience
    • A friendly and modern work environment
    • Health and life insurance for all employees and their families
    • Continuous training and opportunities for professional career development within a growing team
