We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager with 2–6 years of experience in managing digital presence for a healthcare, dermatology, aesthetic, or skin clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare marketing, social media trends, patient engagement, and content strategy. You will be responsible for building a compelling online presence that educates audiences, enhances brand awareness, and drives patient inquiries while ensuring all content aligns with healthcare communication standards.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, videos, patient education materials, testimonials, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage the clinic's social media calendar, ensuring consistent and timely content delivery.
• Collaborate with dermatologists, healthcare professionals, designers, and photographers to produce informative and visually appealing content.
• Write compelling captions, blogs, and social media copy using excellent English communication skills.
• Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and generate reports on engagement, reach, audience growth, and campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated with social media trends, healthcare marketing best practices, and platform algorithm changes to maximize content performance.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and patient inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations, patient success stories, and awareness campaigns where appropriate.
• Ensure all digital communication complies with ethical healthcare marketing guidelines and brand standards.
• Support online reputation management by monitoring reviews and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Work closely with marketing teams to execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, events, and promotional initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in a Healthcare, Dermatology, Aesthetic, Cosmetic, or Skin Clinic environment.
• Proven experience in creating engaging healthcare-related content that drives audience engagement.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience targeting, and content optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional command of the English language.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools.
