Content Department
Within the Content Department, creative thinking and execution come together to develop engaging content, campaigns, and editorial projects for top-tier clients. Working in close collaboration with Strategy, Creative, and Client Services, the team shapes distinctive brand voices and impactful social-first storytelling across multiple platforms.
Role Purpose
The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and leading social communication strategies, editorial planning, and creative content for assigned clients. Working across multiple social platforms, they combine strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to deliver engaging, insight-driven editorial plans that supports clients' business objectives. The role requires consistency between brand positioning, editorial execution, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and evolve multi-platform editorial plans for assigned clients, ensuring consistency with brand strategy, business objectives, and social trends.
- Own the day-to-day editorial planning across social media channels, coordinating content calendars and publishing priorities (you will NOT publish content).
- Write engaging, platform-native copy and oversee the quality and consistency of all editorial content across different touchpoints.
- Coordinate the end-to-end management of content production, ensuring all creative assets, copy, and supporting materials are delivered on time and aligned with editorial requirements.
- Brief and collaborate closely with Creative, Strategy and Client Service teams to deliver best-in-class social content and campaigns.
- Contribute to the development of communication strategies and integrated social campaigns, identifying opportunities to strengthen brand presence across platforms.
- Monitor content performance, analyze social media data and KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations to continuously optimize editorial strategies and content effectiveness.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, emerging formats, digital culture, and social trends, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation.
Requirements
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone of voice across different brands and audiences.
- Deep knowledge of the major social media platforms, their formats, best practices, and evolving trends.
- Excellent editorial planning management.
- Strong editorial mindset and experience in developing multi-platform content strategies.
- Curiosity for emerging formats, creators, digital culture, and social-first communication.
- Ability to combine creativity with analytical thinking, using data and KPIs to evaluate and improve content performance.
- Excellent presentation skills, both in creating persuasive decks and presenting ideas effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
