Role: Site Foreman

We're looking for an experienced Site Foreman to join our growing Civil & Infrastructure team and play a key role in delivering projects that are helping shape the future of Southeast Queensland.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Lead and supervise day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to budget.
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve programme, quality and safety objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement practical solutions to keep works on track.
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks and safety initiatives to promote a strong safety culture.
• Prepare site reports, track project performance and support successful project delivery.

About You – Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

• Proven experience as a Foreman within construction civil infrastructure or related project environments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively.
• Sound knowledge of construction methodologies, safety requirements and quality standards.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications and project programmes.
• Relevant trade qualifications or construction-related certifications.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Good digital literacy and experience using construction management platforms such as Procore
• A commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes while fostering positive working relationships across project teams.
