We are looking for an experienced Senior Transition Manager to lead and support enterprise-wide transition initiatives, ensuring seamless execution of vendor transitions, operational transformations, and business change programs. This role is responsible for driving governance, tracking program milestones, monitoring financial impacts, managing risks, and ensuring successful implementation of strategic transformation initiatives.

Working closely with business leaders, finance teams, project managers, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders, the Senior Transition Manager will provide visibility into program progress, facilitate decision-making, and ensure transitions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide transition and transformation programs, ensuring smooth execution from planning through implementation.
• Manage vendor transition activities, operational migrations, and business change initiatives while minimizing delivery risks.
• Establish governance frameworks, project plans, milestones, and reporting mechanisms to monitor program health.
• Track budgets, financial impacts, resource utilization, and cost optimization throughout transition lifecycles.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies while driving timely resolution.
• Collaborate with business leaders, finance teams, project managers, and external partners to ensure alignment across all workstreams.
• Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, and presentations highlighting program progress, key metrics, and decision points.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption of new processes, operating models, and vendor engagements.
• Support strategic planning by providing analytical insights, recommendations, and implementation guidance.
• Drive continuous process improvements, governance enhancements, and best practices across transition programs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Transition Management, Program Management, Business Transformation, or Operational Excellence.
• Proven experience managing large-scale vendor transitions and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of transition governance, project lifecycle management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience tracking budgets, financial impacts, resource planning, and program performance.
• Excellent risk management, issue resolution, and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and executive stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Management, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise transformation or shared services transition programs.
• Exposure to vendor governance, outsourcing, or business process transformation.
• Familiarity with project management tools, reporting dashboards, and enterprise planning systems.
• Experience working with cross-functional global teams and senior leadership.
