📌 About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Growth Engineer to join our Product Growth team, where every experiment you ship can move company-level metrics within days. You'll own critical experiments end to end, from ideation and hypothesis through scoping with Product and Design, building, shipping, measuring impact, and scaling winners, working across acquisition, onboarding, collaboration, pricing, and expansion.

🛠️ What You'll Do

• Own experiments end to end, from hypothesis through shipping and scaling winners

• Design, run, and analyze experiments at high velocity across the Build-Measure-Learn loop

• Dig into product and usage data to form hypotheses and guide decisions

• Work across the entire product, from acquisition and onboarding to pricing, packaging, and referrals

• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, and teams across the company to turn insights into shipped product fast

🔍 What We're Looking For

• You have 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally across both frontend and backend

• You thrive in the Build-Measure-Learn loop, designing, running, and analyzing experiments at high velocity

• You dig into data to form hypotheses and inform product decisions

• You're user-obsessed: empathetic, curious, and motivated to solve real problems for real people

• You're comfortable working with our tech stack: Django, React (Next.js/TypeScript), Mixpanel, and Cursor

✨ Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience on a product growth team

• Experience building lead generation pipelines

• Experience working in Martech

📍 Location

Hybrid. Based in San Francisco. We work from the office 3 days per week.

💰 Compensation

Salary varies by location. All full-time employees receive equity in Scribe. Final offers depend on experience and scope.
