Overview:
Welcome to the Agent, Admin and Supervisor Experience team at LivePerson! We are a team of 9 engineers located across 4 countries in Israel, Germany, India and Bulgaria.
We are looking for a Frontend / Full Stack Software Engineer (all genders) to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the evolution of our frontend architecture while working across our full-stack ecosystem. You will be part of a fast-paced environment, delivering features across different areas of the company, and helping improve, scale, and simplify how brands engage with their customers through messaging.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to (your tasks):
As a key member of our development team, you will have the opportunity to:
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of our core UI platform using Vue 3, helping evolve a scalable and maintainable frontend architecture.
- Work within a micro frontend architecture, implementing features and improvements while following established architectural guidelines.
- Apply AI-powered development tools and practices in day-to-day engineering work to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery speed.
- Write high-quality, maintainable, and efficient frontend code, and actively participate in code reviews to ensure engineering standards are met.
- Design and implement user-facing features, including those that may leverage generative AI capabilities, with a strong focus on usability and performance.
- Build robust, testable, and performant solutions primarily in Vue.js, with occasional interaction with backend services (Node.js / Java) as needed.
- Take ownership of features within your scope—from implementation and testing through to deployment and production support.
- Continuously improve product quality, performance, and reliability through incremental enhancements and bug fixes.
- Collaborate closely with UX, Product, and backend engineers to deliver cohesive end-to-end solutions.
- Contribute to team practices such as testing, CI/CD awareness, and engineering best practices
Here are some of the things you'll bring (requirements):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in software development, including Object-Oriented Programming (Java, C#, or similar) and/or Node.js.
- Strong hands-on experience with frontend development, with deep proficiency in Vue.js (Vue 3 preferred) or React.
- Solid understanding of modern frontend architecture, including component-based design and familiarity with micro frontend concepts.
- Good understanding of the full web development lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Practical experience applying AI tools in software development (e.g., for coding, debugging, testing, or documentation) to improve efficiency and quality.
- Experience working with cloud-based systems (GCP / AWS / Azure) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and basic DevOps concepts (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus but not required to own).
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code and meaningful unit/integration tests for frontend components.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle moderately complex technical challenges independently.
- Good communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional Agile teams.
- High sense of ownership, accountability, and quality.
Nice to have:
- Exposure to micro frontend implementation in production systems.
- Experience with backend services (Node.js / Java) beyond basic integration.
- Familiarity with observability, performance tuning, or production debugging.
