About this Sales Support Specialist role at NeoWork
NeoWork is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to provide operational and administrative support to the Inside Sales Department. This role is responsible for conducting virtual sales consultations with prospective clients, identifying their project requirements, and recommending customized solutions. This role manages the sales pipeline from initial inquiry through proposal, follow-up, and conversion while also researching local building regulations and permit requirements to support project feasibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual sales consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs, project goals, and budget.
- Present the company's pergola catalog and recommend products tailored to each client's requirements.
- Prepare accurate quotes, estimates, and customized sales proposals.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads through all stages of the sales pipeline until they are converted or disqualified.
- Research local construction setbacks, zoning regulations, and permit requirements by contacting municipalities and government offices.
- Provide clients with accurate information regarding permitting requirements and project feasibility.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions, proposals, and sales activities within the CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Requirements
- Experience conducting virtual sales consultations and successfully closing sales.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to independently prepare accurate quotes, estimates, and sales proposals.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and follow up on multiple leads across different stages of the sales pipeline.
- Experience or familiarity with the construction, home improvement, outdoor living, or building materials industry is preferred.
- Comfortable contacting municipalities and government agencies to research zoning regulations, permit requirements, and construction setbacks.
- Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
