Clinical Manager (RN) – Hospice
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Harrisburg, PA Hospice office as a Clinical Manager. Our team provides compassionate, best-in-class hospice care to adult and geriatric clients in the comfort of their homes and assisted living communities.

As a Clinical Manager, you'll lead and support a dedicated team of clinicians while helping ensure our clients and their families receive exceptional, compassionate care throughout their hospice journey.
As a Clinical Manager, you will:
- Lead, inspire, and motivate nurses and field clinicians to provide exceptional hospice care.
- Conduct supervisory and assessment visits with adult and geriatric clients throughout Harrisburg and surrounding areas.
- Supervise, coach, and support a team of nurses and other field clinicians.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for new clinicians.
- Support the training, development, and ongoing education of clinical staff.
- Coordinate and/or deliver in-services and educational programs for field staff.
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to clinicians, clients, and families.
- Partner with the interdisciplinary team and office leadership to promote quality care and positive client outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required.
- Previous hospice experience required.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered end-of-life care.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the service area as needed.
