About the Role
We're looking for a Regional Marketing Specialist, NA who will plan, orchestrate, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across North American markets. You'll work closely with regional and global sales, product marketing, and digital teams to activate messaging that resonates with segment-specific ICPs, fuels pipeline, and deepens engagement across all lifecycle stages.
This role is predominantly focused on planning and executing field events and regional activations, so it's ideal for someone who enjoys the on-the-ground logistics of bringing campaigns to life as much as the strategy behind them, someone with 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS/technology environments who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, experimenting, and continuously improving performance.
What You'll Be Doing
Field Events & Regional Activations
- Support end-to-end logistics for field events, regional activations, trade shows, and in-person/hybrid experiences
- Coordinate pre-event promotion (invites, registration, LinkedIn, follow-up sequences) and post-event reporting to tie activations back to pipeline impact
- Assist with vendor and venue relationships across multiple markets, keeping events on schedule
- Build repeatable event playbooks/checklists to streamline planning across recurring regional activations
- Travel within North America as needed to support event execution (approximately 10–15%)
Account-Based Marketing
- Support ABM by creating tailored programs for priority accounts, in partnership with sales on account selection and personalized engagement
Campaign Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize coordinated multi-channel campaigns across email, paid and organic social, webinars, and nurture workflows
- Build targeted campaigns for specific ICP segments across North America
- Drive measurable impact on pipeline metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, CPL, and Contributed Pipeline
Sales Alignment
- Act as the link between global marketing and local sales teams
- Ensure regional marketing activity is aligned to the North American sales strategy and supports agreed priorities
- Partner closely with sales to monitor performance, adjust targeting, and share insights
Reporting & Optimization
- Analyze campaign results, identify optimization opportunities, and report on performance with clarity and confidence
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of experience in campaign execution, ideally within a B2B SaaS or technology environment
- Strong experience planning and coordinating events, both digital and in-person — this is a significant part of the role
- Hands-on experience running multi-channel digital campaigns with measurable impact on funnel and pipeline performance
- Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing approaches and tools (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, RollWorks)
- Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is an asset
- Confident building and optimizing email journeys, landing pages, and social campaigns
- Experience working closely with sales teams and aligning marketing activity to pipeline priorities
- Organized, collaborative, and comfortable owning campaigns from planning through to reporting
- Data-driven mindset, you instinctively ask "what's working, why, and how do we scale it?"
- Based in North America; English fluency required
