Position Overview:
As our Receptionist, you'll be the face and voice of H.M. Brown. You'll greet guests with professionalism, manage incoming calls, coordinate vehicle and document pickups, and provide administrative support to several departments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people while keeping daily office operations organized and running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
- Welcome customers, vendors, and guests with a friendly, professional attitude
- Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system
- Provide administrative support to our Title, Funding, and Document Preparation teams
- Maintain organized filing systems and document storage
- Manage the Document Pickup Log and coordinate paperwork pickups with vendors and fleet partners
- Check vehicles in and out while coordinating keys and paperwork with brokers and departments
- Prepare daily customer thank-you cards
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
- Assist with general office and administrative projects as needed

Qualifications:
- At least one year of professional office, administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience
- Strong data entry and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening for illegal substances
- Authorized to work in the United States
