We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities & Property Operations Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day management of residential, hospitality, or luxury property facilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple operational activities, working with vendors and service providers, and ensuring that properties are maintained to high standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality.

As part of the facilities and property operations team, you will assist in managing maintenance activities, housekeeping, security, landscaping, and other essential support services. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely issue resolution, preventive maintenance execution, and efficient property operations while maintaining accurate records and compliance with operational standards.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance and operational activities across common areas and assigned properties.
• Manage and monitor service providers for housekeeping, security, gardening, maintenance, and other support functions.
• Schedule and track preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities, common areas, and managed properties to identify maintenance or operational requirements.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and coordinate appropriate resolutions with vendors and contractors.
• Liaise with contractors and external service providers to ensure work is completed efficiently and meets required quality standards.
• Maintain maintenance logs, inspection reports, inventory records, service schedules, and operational documentation.
• Support compliance with company procedures, safety guidelines, and operational standards across all managed properties.
• Assist the Facilities Manager in improving operational efficiency, service quality, and overall property management processes.
• Coordinate with residents, guests, property owners, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and issue management.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1+ years of experience in Facilities Management, Property Management, Hospitality Operations, or a related operational role.
• Strong coordination, organisational, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively with contractors, vendors, residents, guests, and cross-functional teams.
• Basic understanding of maintenance processes, facility operations, housekeeping coordination, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic operational reporting/documentation tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing operational priorities.
• Valid driving licence and personal transport are preferred.
• Experience working with residential societies, gated communities, luxury villas, hotels, commercial properties, or property management organizations will be an added advantage.
