Job Description

As in the position of Project Manager, ensuring the successful delivery of the ERP solutions in collaboration with the delivery head and the team is the vital part of the role. Below will be the job responsibilities,

• Lead the full lifecycle of ERP (IFS) implementation projects from initiation through post go-live support.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and delivery leadership.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct high-level risk assessments, maintain risk registers, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate and conduct regular status meetings, scrum meetings and project health reviews.
• Ensure project governance, documentation standards, and compliance protocols are met.
• Actively resolve bottlenecks, team roadblocks, and cross-functional interdependencies.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers or project coordinators where applicable
• Work closely with technical and functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and delivered solutions.
• Oversee change management activities and support organizational readiness.
• Ensure project delivery within scope, time, and budget while meeting or exceeding client expectations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years leading ERP implementation projects (IFS preferred).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent professional certification is an added advantage.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-border implementations with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution skills.
• High level of organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
