About this Program Support Specialist role at The Copper River Family of Companies
Coho Consulting Group is seeking a Program Support Specialist to support the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO/MRO-S) Functional Management Office in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The role supports business operations, organizational change management, data analysis, SharePoint administration, executive reporting, and site activation efforts supporting Air Logistics Complex implementation activities.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Support planning, coordination, and execution of site activation, implementation, testing, and go-live activities.
- Assist with organizational change management initiatives and end-user transition efforts.
- Develop and maintain executive briefings, reports, and presentation materials.
- Administer and maintain SharePoint sites and knowledge management resources.
- Collect, analyze, and report program metrics using dashboards such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, users, and cross-functional teams to support implementation activities.
- Provide technical and administrative support across program operations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Support operational readiness and mission reporting.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Essential Job Qualifications and Requirements:
- Security Clearance:
- Ability to obtain and maintain any required government security credentials
- Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Required Experience:
- Minimum of three years supporting Air Force Depot Maintenance systems, organizations, or related operations preferred
- Technical Skills:
- Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- SharePoint administration
- Power BI/Tableau and Visio
- Experience supporting IT system implementations
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication, organization, analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a dynamic environment
- Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Office environment requiring prolonged sitting, computer use, occasional standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds
