We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade business applications using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in low-code development, workflow automation, and CRM customization who are passionate about delivering scalable digital transformation solutions.

As a Power Platform Developer, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, functional consultants, and technical teams to build intelligent business applications that improve operational efficiency and user productivity. You will be responsible for developing custom solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM while ensuring seamless integration, performance, security, and maintainability across enterprise systems.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Build custom solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM entities, forms, workflows, business rules, plugins, and integrations based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, perform solution design, and translate functional needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop automated workflows, approval processes, and business process automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, third-party applications, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement enhancements for existing solutions.
• Perform testing, deployment, documentation, and user support while ensuring adherence to development standards and governance policies.
• Implement security models, role-based access controls, and data governance best practices across Power Platform environments.
• Mentor junior developers, contribute to technical architecture discussions, and promote best practices for low-code application development.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise application development with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRMand Microsoft Power Platform.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, and Dynamics CRM customization.
• Strong understanding of CRM implementation, business process automation, workflow design, and enterprise application integration.
• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, REST APIs, and external business applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, .NET, plugins, custom workflows, and Power Platform extensibility is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of solution lifecycle management, security, governance, and deployment best practices within Microsoft ecosystems.
• Experience working with Agile development methodologies, DevOps practices, and enterprise software delivery.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams.
• Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics certifications will be considered a strong advantage, along with a passion for delivering innovative business solutions through low-code technologies.
