Physical Therapist

Location: Greenwood, MO
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: M–F, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Patient Volume: 1–2 patients an hour
Salary Range:
$65K–$70K for new graduates
$80K–$90K for experienced Physical Therapists

Daily Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions, movement patterns, pain levels, and functional limitations
• Design care plans using evidence-based physical therapy practices
• Provide treatment through therapeutic exercise, manual techniques, gait training, balance work, and mobility support
• Educate patients on exercises, safe movement, recovery timelines, and prevention strategies
• Measure progress and make appropriate changes to treatment plans
• Complete documentation, progress notes, and discharge planning
• Communicate clearly with patients and care partners
• Support a positive and professional clinical experience

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in Missouri
• New graduates are welcome to be considered
• Prior clinical experience is a plus for higher salary consideration
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload while maintaining quality care standards
