NYNN is a series of inspiring places for inspiring people. We handcraft unique environments and experiences, from members’ clubs to resort hotels, to entertainment gastronomies and more. NYNN is developing a portfolio of diverse concepts in Greece with the intention to travel. NYNN is initiated and bootstrapped by Temes S.A., developer of Costa Navarino.

Our first concept is House of NYNN, a private lifestyle members’ club, located at The Ilisian. Spread across three levels and over 5,500 SQM, House of NYNN is designed for balance - where pleasure, work, fitness, and wellbeing come together effortlessly. Thoughtfully curated spaces include laid-back dining, vibrant bars, smart workspaces, next-gen fitness, and the largest outdoor pool in central Athens. ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a dedicated team member with a genuine passion for fitness and a strong commitment to creating a safe, motivating, and engaging training environment. Thriving on connecting with people, supporting members’ fitness journeys, and ensuring high standards in the strength and weight area will be key to success in this role.

We would love to sense your passion for fitness, strength training and coaching, paired with your commitment to teamwork, safety, and professionalism. A member-centric mindset, a hands-on approach, and a flair for collaboration will ensure you're well-positioned for success in this role.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Fitness Personal Trainer, you will guide members through their fitness journey with expert coaching, while keeping our training spaces running smoothly and our team spirit strong. Your key responsibilities will be split into the following areas.

Member Personal Training                                                                       

• Develop personalized training programs based on members' assessment results (where applicable), goals, and fitness levels, adjusting them as needed to support progressive overload and consistent results.
• Guide members on strength and cardiovascular training, recovery, and injury prevention, grounded in NYNN's fitness philosophy.
• Actively engage with members to grow personal training sales discreetly and professionally.

Gym Area Supervision (when not in a PT session)

• Oversee and maintain a safe, clean, and organized cardio, strength, and functional training area.
• Monitor members' technique and training practices, ensuring proper execution and injury prevention.
• Offer real-time guidance, form correction, and exercise modifications where necessary.

Teamwork & Club Culture

• Collaborate with fitness trainers and group class instructors to foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere and ensure a seamless member experience across the fitness facilities.
• Actively engage with members to enhance their club experience and fitness journey.

Group Fitness

• Cover a group class session in case of sickness or a colleague's last-minute unavailability.

Policies and Procedures

• Stay updated on club policies and procedures in accordance with the respective audience (club members, hotel guests, residents).
• Enforce club policies and safety protocols to maintain a professional training environment.
• Collaborate with the rest of the NYNN team to ensure a pleasant, attentive, and professional environment for customers and colleagues at all times.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Degree in Physical Education & Sports Science or a related field.
• Certified in Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning, or Weightlifting Coaching (NSCA, ACSM, NASM, ACE, or equivalent, desirable but not required)
• Proven experience working in a strength and weight training environment within a premium fitness club.
• Strong team player with a proactive attitude and commitment to safety and member support.
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
• Enthusiastic, professional, and dedicated to delivering a memorable member experience.
